My left knee keeps hurting tremendously so I had do really cut my workout short 👍🏻 on the Hamstring DL I did 3x8 with a 60lb barbell I believe (if not it was 50lb bar) then with the next exercise I did 5x6 on each leg, and then with the T-bar I did 5x8. I then did some side kicks with @myplayfit band in heavy along with kick backs 👌🏻

Ok well apparently I’m super blind bc I didn’t wash the sand away...2. I wanted to get my hair wet not my whole body now I was freezing bc once it hits out I’m done I’m dead 3 and this is how I do it 🤷🏻‍♀️ récord a video and then screenshot..wayyy easier

These exercises is what helped me get rid of HIP DIPS!! 1. You can NOT GROW YOUR HIPS, YOUR HIPS ARE BONES PEOPLE!! YOU CAN ADD MASS TO YOUR HIP AREA! 2. Do NOT expect to see results immediately! Be patient. I did 4 sets of 15 reps on each exercises. I used the band x-heavy by @myplayfit you can use code: narduchita for $$ off, they have a variety of bands. I did curtsy lunges w/40lb bar. Fire hydrants are next, followed by kick backs, in this I pushed my leg outwards rather than straight back, try it!! Next is side kicks then with hip abductor machine 😸
