Slow vs fast repetitions. What’s best? This is a very broad and circumstantial situation. Imagine: you want to get somewhere. Would you drive fast or slowly? What if you didn’t know if the car has missing pieces or braking problems? When we exercise fast we can lose control (more often then you think) and might exceed the tolerance of passive and active tissues. The heart chakra also known as Anahata Anahata means unhurt, unstruck or unbroken in sankrit. To me that means beauty, openness and freedom. The heart chakra is one of my favorite energy centers. When in balance you will love and compassion, towards yourself, friends, family, strangers, animals, insects - pretty much all that is; meaning all of creation. It wont matter if you are in a bad head space you will still be able to have compassion and love in your heart. You will feel emotionally open and a sense of inner peace. Any element that opposes love such as a break up, grief, a difficult relationship or casual cruelty (purposely harming creation- even if it means kicking a dog or squashing an ant) would mean the chakra is suffering. Are you putting the needs of others before your own? Are you feeling a lack of trust? Impatience? Or feel your inner peace is rattled? Is it difficult to get close to people, or even connect with yourself? Why not try one of the following methods to assist in opening and activating this chakra. - Theta healing : Ask your Theta healer to align and activate your chakras. Or take a deeper look if you find it blocked even after working on it. - Visualization: Imagine a green ball of light at the center of your chest. Une posture de yoga 🧘🏾‍♂️ que j’adore! La posture de l’arbre me permet de me recentrer et de m’ancrer pour ramener mon esprit volatile par nature dans mon corps. Elle permet de travailler l’équilibre et donc demande une grande concentration pour pouvoir rester relativement immobile de quelques secondes à plusieurs minutes. Le temps de tenue des postures en hatha yoga dépendant exclusivement de la justesse que l’on ressent à rester dans la position, un juste mélange d’effort et de respect de ses capacités du jour!🙏 La maîtrise de sa respiration est aussi primordiale dans toute posture de yoga et contribue grandement à atteindre les objectifs spirituels et corporels visés à travers la pratique. D’un point de vue purement physique cette posture est aussi intéressante car elle permet de tonifier toute la chaîne d’appuis partant du pied au sol, triceps quadriceps fessiers et même abdos et érecteurs du rachis pour maintenir la posture correcte. C’est aussi intéressant d’un point de vue proprioceptif concernant la cheville d’appui, travaillant sa stabilité et renforçant les muscles qui la stabilisent sur la durée de la posture. On sollicite aussi l’ouverture active-passive en abduction de la hanche opposée. This is my nemesis pose. Everybody has one that ya try to avoid. Those are the ones you should practice the most often. This pose stretches inner thighs, groin, and low back- all relating to the 1st & 2nd chakra of security and intimacy. When these chakras are blocked or tight we are more likely to feel fearful of losing whatever it is that makes us feel stable in the world and nervous to trust or share who we are with people. When they are balanced, we feel steady to pursue our life with passion and grow meaningful relationships along the way. It’s so fascinating to me how much you can learn about yourself simply by learning how to interpret your body’s language. В йоге есть много комфортных поз - буду делиться, присоединяйтесь! 😉 ⠀ НАКЛОН ИЗ СУКХАСАНЫ ⠀ Устройтесь сидя в удобном положении, скрестите ноги, располагая стопы под коленями. ⠀ Перекрёст ног приходится на середину голеней. ⠀ Скруглите поясницу, направляя копчик вперёд. ⠀ Поставьте руки перед собой на кончики пальцев, отведите плечи назад. ⠀ Если есть возможность, опускайтесь в наклон, сохраняя спину прямой. ⠀ Если шея напрягается - положите книгу на подставку. ⠀ Усилить эффект позы можно, взяв книгу в руки и установив локти на бедрах. ⠀ В асане можно находиться сколько угодно, главное менять перекрёст голеней. ⠀ Для выхода выпрямите ноги, потяните стопы на себя. ⠀ ЭФФЕКТ АСАНЫ: ⠀ Успокаивает нервную систему ⠀ Укрепляет спину ⠀ Улучшает кровообращение в области малого таза ⠀ Повышает гибкость мышц задней поверхности бедер ⠀ Противопоказания - травмы коленей. ⠀ Так я читаю книгу "Стиль" Э.Хендерсон. ⠀ А вы что сейчас читаете?
