Try these before or after your workout!! 💦 . 1️⃣ Deep Squat Walking Dog Down Dog into Bent Knees 2️⃣ Deep Hip Opener into Thoracic Twist -Press your palms together firmly as you twist your spine. Hip, adductor and back stretch - Place your feet together and allow your hips to open as you curl forward and wrap your hands around your feet. 3️⃣ Extended Pigeon into Split 4️⃣ Sitting Leg Swings - Watch the movement pattern my leg makes. My leg comes forward and thigh opens up creating a external rotation of my hip and then turns & swings back behind me creating an internal rotation. This is also great for waking your glutes up 🔥. 5️⃣ Hip Flexor Stretch Hamstring Stretch Lizard Pose 6️⃣ Square Pose - Stack knees and feet to open up your hips Alternating Deep Lateral Lunges 7️⃣ Hamstring and Back Stretch Omg this feels sooo good!!! BOULDER SHOULDER DAY🤪 I LOVE doing shoulders so so so much but my left shoulder has been killing me for the past month or so☹️ so i’ve been doing my best to be careful and going light but the motions are still hurtin so i might have to head over to the doc soon to get it checked out which sucks☹️ BUT besides that, on a brighter note these are some great exercises!! My motivation hasn’t been as strong as it was in December and January. I ask myself why? . It comes down to the fact that I hit my (sweet spot) in my weight and physique so I got relaxed with my nutrition and intensity. So now I have stalled out and started to slowly reverse the progress I’ve made. Just in time for me to ramp it up for spring and summer! Everyone has slowdown spots and moments of weakness, knowing how you react and what you need to pick it back up is what matters. It is time for a new goal to work towards, I know when I am making progress with health and fitness other areas of my life improve as well. I become happier, have more confidence and success in work and life! What’s one thing you can do to improve your overall well-being?
