I really enjoyed shooting this video and then the editing part. Finding the right music is the most important element for me, as it sets the tone, the feel of the video. I think it took me over an hour to find one that suits. Happy #SundayFunDay Why should you complete different variations of an exercise? 🤔 Simple! Keep your mind guessing, and each variation has a different purpose. Standard Chest Press - Works on your form and gaining full ROM (Range of Motion) 🔥 Alternating Chest Press - Works on the stabilization of the shoulder and core, whilst hitting chest. 🔥 Partial Chest Press - This works on building up muscle mass. You are keeping the tension on the muscle for a longer period of time. 🔥 Slow Tempo Chest Press - This variation I think is honestly one of my favorites. It works on building up muscle mass, while keeping tension on the muscle through. You'll also gain am extra advantage with the explosive press up at the bottom of each rep. These are great I'd you've hit a plateau etc. Another reason I wanted to show these variations is because you can still gain strength or grow your muscles bigger with the same weight. Don't worry about always having to up your weight. . ✨Willkommen bei der 80:20 Regel✨ Diese einfache Regel gibt an in welchem Verhältnis du “ungesunde“ bzw. nährstoffarme Lebensmittel zu dir nehmen kannst. Nährstoffarme Lebensmittel sind zum Beispiel Schoki, Kekse und Eis. Zu den nährstoffreichen und somit gesunden Lebensmitteln gehören beispielsweise Gemüse, Obst, Vollkorn und Nüsse. Diese sind nicht nur ein langfristiger Energielieferant, sondern beinhalten zudem auch noch eine Menge Vitamine🥦🥜🍑🥑🥔 Man kann also sagen, dass du zu 80% nährstoffreiche und zu 20% unbedenklich nährstoffarme Lebensmittel zu dir nehmen kannst. 2 years to my first accident which opened my body and soul to a new life. This accident opened a series of my body showing its dominance and it was all laid out in front of my eyes - the emotional stress, the unspoken truth, the suppressed feelings and hurt - everything. I opened my eyes to my passion and my calling! All thanks to my body giving up on my demands of who I wanted her to be . While healing, crying and stuck to the four walls, I was awakened to what ignited my true fire - a Wellness evangelist on the path to reinvent & end the epidemic of stress and burnout by changing the way we work and live. My goal is to empower people use the ancient science of yoga and take the inward journey where the external will no longer dissipate the core, the calm and the soul’s energy. I am on my journey to enhance & explore my ability to empower & heal people and in process there of continue to be on my healing journey. A HIGH-QUALITY CERTIFICATION will enable me to get my fire fuelled up, however, it’s been over an year that I have not been earning. The process of physical healing from sciatica, slip disc and blood vessels rupture along with realisation of one’s purpose to this life can be a long haul when one’s an independent single woman in the world ! I am back to my wellness regime - yoga, strength training and meditations but it is tough to get equipped with constrained financial situation.
