Übungen für Anfänger für zuhause 💪🏻 Du möchtest mit dem Sport anfangen, um fitter zu werden oder abzunehmen? Hast vielleicht nicht viel Zeit? Dann probier mal diese Übungen: 1. Handlauf: um sich kurz aufzuwärmen, ist der Handlauf sehr gut geeignet. Aufrecht hinstellen, nach vorne beugen, falls es mit gestreckten Beinen nicht geht, dann leicht beugen und nach vorne laufen bis die Hände unter der Schulter angekommen sind. 2. Wandpush: eine Armlänge von der Wand entfernt aufstellen und wie bei Push-ups von der Wand abstoßen, Ellenbogen zurückziehen und Handposition immer wechseln 3. Flieger für den oberen Rücken / Schultern: Beine schulterbreit, leicht gebeugt, mit geradem Rücken vorbeugen und die Arme zur Seite anheben, Schulterblätter zusammenziehen 4. Kniebeugen: Beine etwas mehr als schulterbreit öffnen, Gewicht auf die Ferse und nach hinten absetzen und wieder hoch, Gesäß anspannen 5. Unterarmstütz auf den Knien: Ellenbogen unter die Schulter und Oberkörper und Beine in eine Linie bringen – halten. 6. Heuschrecke in Bauchlage, Füße anheben und Arme neben dem Oberkörper platzieren. Brustkorb ein wenig vom Boden abheben. Blick zum Boden, Hals in Verlängerung der Wirbelsäule. Dann nur die Hände Richtung Decke anheben – kleine Bewegung 7. Brücke: Füße eine Handfläche entfernt vom Po platzieren und das Becken anheben und senken, ohne abzulegen 8. Einbeinige Beinschwinge: Ein Bein zum Oberkörper ziehen und festhalten, das andere geht gestreckt und langsam hoch und runter. Immer in die Anspannung ausatmen. Atem fließen lassen. Jede Übung mit 30 Sekunden starten. 1-3 Runden und mit der Zeit auf 45 Sekunden steigern. Probier das mal für 4-5 Wochen. Freu mich auf dein Feedback. New day, throwback picture, mood: week three of training like @jlo. Game face on. . If you missed my instastory, I’ve been challenged to train like #JenniferLopez for a month in honour of the upcoming @hustlersmovie. . I’m still nursing a hamstring injury from much earlier in the year + karate grading over the weekend so I wasn’t sure how I’d cope or if I could push myself at all. Three weeks in and I’m actually enjoying following her program. Would you expect your baby to lift heavy weights when he/she can’t even walk? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Well the same way we need to adjust our bodies to a routine gradually incorporating different elements in our training. This could be adding sessions (from 0-2) increasing the intensity by decreasing the rest period (from not tracking to 45-60s rest) or implementing correct execution to fire up out muscles (from not feeling your muscles to feel them working in harmony). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Outside of the gym? Same! Start by cleaning your meals out.
