Essa semana, vulgo ontem 😂, levei um puxão de orelha da @bethbressanin . Ela comentou que não tinha visto nenhum colar/acessório nos meus looks e é verdade!!! . Relación movimiento concentración. Hoy durante mi día 1 de inventario general comprobé que la relación movimiento/ concentración es un punto vital en el día día y por ende debe ser educada y alimentada a diario. En cierto punto de partida te dicen que en una bodega de aproximadamente 3metros cuadrados, con una altura máxima de 160cmt, sin luz hay aproximadamente 3200 artículos diferentes, agrupados según el tipo (cantidades diferentes). Para poder certificar que es así debe haber un procedimiento, ok se hace un conteo desplazandonos de izquierda a derecha y haciendo conteo de arriba a abajo. Rápidamente grabas en tu mente la forma como te debes desplazar y como debes contar y mantenerla hasta el final del proceso. Cualquier error u olvido de la fórmula mientras cuentas hará que tengas que empezar de nuevo. ¿Donde quiero llegar?. La funcionalidad a nivel de fitness te ayuda a trabajar habilidades motrices (gruesas y finas) que hacen de las tareas cotidianas sean un suplicio o por el contrario un pan comido según su desarrollo. En lo cotidiano está la funcionalidad por lo tanto entrenar a diario hará tus tareas más fáciles, desde agacharse a atar los zapatos hasta realizar movimientos simples y complejos manteniendo un nivel alto de concentración. It involves a lot of trial and error and sometimes becomes a psychological battle between you and your goals. With that being said, building muscle is absolutely doable and you can absolutely do it given you do the right things. ➖➖➖➖➖ Too many people are focused on the wrong things such as: isolation exercises (because every muscle gets its own day), pre-workout supplements (because you need your pre-workout chemicals. How else are you going to perform in the gym?), ego lifting (form means nothing. It's all about how much you can lift), and not eating enough food (usually because of fear of getting fat). Here is the thing, there are a bunch of things we need to do to ensure we are building muscle and focusing those mentioned above are not them. ➖➖➖➖➖ You need to: focus on compound lifts (they stimulate the most muscle groups and the most hormonal output to put your body in an anabolic environment), having a good pre-workout (you know, like coffee, green tea, and whole foods. Not chemicals), focusing on form and technique (it's not how much you can bench. It's how much you can bench with proper form), and eating in a surplus (making small, incremental adjustments as you go is the key. It is slow growth but it is the way. A few favourites when the machines are busy...I increase my reps and sets when training lower body to realli see major results. With no weight I usually do 50 and above reps and with a weight it's usually minimum 20 and above depending on the weight . Keep your sets between 4-7 .
