If you haven’t read this book.... you should! I have struggled with letting my emotions get in the way of different areas in my life. Work, eating right, working out... I have goals for all those areas but it’s easy to feel tired, unmotivated, feels hard, and sometimes you just don’t want to try.
Don’t give into that emotion. Instead of giving time for those emotions to sink in, just go for it. The moment you have the thought to workout, do it! Don’t let yourself get talked out of doing it by the emotion of fear, tired, or whatever comes up. 🌱take action 🌱push yourself 🌱move within 5 seconds of thinking it
