First time touching anything over basically 50% since i competed May 18th.. not able to squat or deadlift yet, but this is nice to see. Really trying to get healthy before i start benching and deadlifting as well, aka nats prep 🤞🏻

Get your core weekend ready, I love throwing this ab finisher into the end of my workout 2 times a week! Adding weights to your abdominal movements are going to be key if you want to really get a stronger core. Stop wasting time with 1000s of sit ups and add this to your next workout. -8 Overhead plate sit ups
-8 Russian twists each side
-8 standing side crunches each side
Roll through it for three rounds with no breaks between and you’ll be feeling it!
