May we all be brave! Bravery comes in many forms... I stand for inclusion and stand against hate, I will call you out not because I don't love you BUT because I love you. Stand up for what you believe in today I March for those men, women, and children and families torn apart and stuck in cages! I March for those two beautiful children who died in custody at the border and the many more who are suffering and being traumatized. I March united with the teachers striking in Los Angeles @utlanow I March for minorities terrorized by the police especially our black communities and our undocumented communities. “We come in peace. But we mean business.” We have been fighting for equality for generations - advocating for change. Little by little we have scored victories. My Mom’s generation fought for our right to be in the work place, to be paid equally, to be treated as human beings deserving of respect for our space and bodies. Thank you, Arleen LaBella, Joy Leach, Bette George (just to name a few), for your role in pushing this movement forward. Let’s be the last generation that has to deal with gender inequality. Deep in our hearts we all know it’s wrong. Let’s do something about it! #WomensMarch #WhyIMarch #MeToo #TimesUp #EnoughIsEnough #Equality #WhatTheWorldNeedsNow #LoveSweetLove #Peace #GenderEquality #ThisIsForMyMom

Today is the women's march, and I can only apologise for not being there. I sit surrounded by books and I am so thankful for the opportunity to receive an education, to learn, to pursue goals and dreams. This isn't the case for many. Our world is filled with expectations and limitations on girls, which even in my life I have sadly experienced. I believe in the fight for equality for all. #womensmarch

This weekend marks the third anniversary of the Women’s March. It has been an amazing journey to watch the impact this organized march has had on communities and our country. This year, sadly, I have to sit this one out. However, that does not change my solidarity with the concept of what this March means to so many women, men, children, and communities. I’ll be with you all in spirit. Thank you for marching for me and others.⠀ ⠀ We encourage you to always speak your mind and remind you that you have the absolute right to use your voice in protest! These marches tend to be peaceful, but I acknowledge that times are rough. Topics such as immigration, child-parent separation at the border, and the #MeToo movement are at the core for a lot of people this year. These things can become emotional.⠀ ⠀ We want to help you out with some protesting tips. Know your rights when you hit those streets today. Check out our stories for tips from the @aclu_nationwide on your rights and actions as a protester. ⠀ ⠀ Sending love, strength, and good vibes!

Amiah Crisler, @ArtsyAmiah , the 11-year-old artist whose work can be seen all over Syracuse (in the blue hat in today’s photo), is one of the speakers at this morning’s women’s march there. If you plan on being in the crowd, @UrbanTsyr advises that you wear layers because it’s frigid today in the “snowiest city in the country.” #SyracuseWomensMarch #WomensMarch #womensmarch2019syracuse

My parents call this my earliest “I am woman, hear me roar” photo. Just look at that badass strut - big smile and shoulders back, baby pink hoodie and curls blowing in the breeze. Today, Women are banding together across the #USA to demonstrate solidarity & stand up for equality and access to opportunity for all. ✨ Which side of history will you be on? Women are starting companies at the highest rates we’ve ever seen. Women graduation rates from 4yr institutions are up and I personally still thrilled about all of the congresswomen & judges that were part of the 2019 #wave. ✨ If you’re going to be a part of helping this country make progress drop a 🙋🏽‍♀️ in the comments! Let’s show our support because we know the only way to make & sustain progress is if we move #forwardtogether

This is my bitch face. My fed-up face. It's the wake of my first women's march, and snow or shine I am all there. Because the wild woman in me has woken and is ready to do my part in raising up the Feminine. Alan Watts wrote a book about the pulls of a man between Spirit and Nature. Spirit is the masculine, and Nature the feminine. That a man chooses between devoting his life wholly to God and Spirit, or falling in submission to his feminine parts. This view is extreme and I do not adhere to it completely, but it brings up this interesting notion of a choice. He never questioned the natural instinct of a woman, but saw a CHOICE for men to embrace their feminine parts in support of those they love, and learning to control aggression. I thank all men who embrace and/or support the Feminine with an open mind. As always, some words to share: May you let your feelings be tools of cognition. Instincts were first of Nature, and the Natural Feminine in you holds the inner-truth of what you feel. We are wild at our cores, but not in a way that is deemed vicious. Wild like the moon, Feminine energy has us dance as a community around it. As ONE with no sections of poorer worth or ability. Because the Feminine is mysterious to the Masculine is never a grounds to control the Feminine. If you say "NO" to the future of the Divine Feminine, we have no obligation to adhere to that cry, for we have been criticized in saying "NO" to the masculine control of our sex. I see a world in which aggression may perish, and we all rise as one, embracing the Feminine parts of us all. Where both sides to a story are heard and accepted. Where society holds true victims in a greater state of need than the falsely accused. Where those falsely accused digress from violence towards femininity, because we do hear you as long as you do not drag us down with anger. Where voices crying "MeToo" are not criticized for latency, and are instead met with open arms of communal healing. A world where we live not in fear. #womensmarch #naturewoman #wildwoman #earthwoman #metoo #divinefeminine

My personal success tips that I shared at @glitteredingoals last night are: 1) Show yourself grace! 2) Have DISCIPLINE over MOTIVATION. Do it, even if you’re not “motivated.” 3) Ask for help when you need it. Accept the help when it’s offered! • • And number 4 is a new one I’ve been trying to apply...dress for the way you want to feel! Last night I wanted to feel some SHINE...so shoutout to this sequin top! 😊✨🙌🏾
