Give yourself an overnight task, my friend. Never go to sleep without a request to your subconscious. So this morning, I followed what I've written into my journal. I got up 4:15 am 5-6x a week and keep improving myself. I have a dream so I have to help myself to do the uncomfortable things.. I love it! ❤️Post videos to motivate others. ❤️Journaling to exercise my brain muscles (the more you write, the more you becme smarter. ❤️Editing previous videos (since I have lots of recorded vidoes, I make sure I edited the lenght of my video as Instagram won't allow you to post more than 1 minute. Of course my main priorities once I'm awake, I quickly grab my notepad where I wrote my affirmation... Although I already memorised but I love hugging my notebook. While I'm typing this I recalled what my Mentor, he said to me, "Don't just read or stared at things or pictures you paste it on your notepad, feel the energy, embrace it and feel that you already in that possession. Then I quickly go outside and do my meditation and execute quick fat blasting workout And so much more.. Tonight's dinner is some bbq chicken. Dessert might be an Enlightened bar. I haven't tried it yet, but I hear good reviews on it. I've been craving sugar lately, because I've been lower sugar since the hubby came back pre-diabetic. We have a good amount of sugar-free stuff in the house. WW also seems a tad lower on the carbs when you're trying to use the zero point options. Went out for lunch/dinner and got 0 points for the meal! Then came home and tried the new @imbuilt flavors. Banana is now tied at my fav! Blueberry Cheesecake is up there but not as high. Real talk...my husband got home from work and the last thing I wanted to do was cook dinner. But we tackled it together. He cleaned the kitchen and then I cooked. The angles in my pictures never really capture it all. My weight has increased by 9 WHOLE pounds since my last weigh in. This now makes me 20-25 lbs overweight. (20 by WW standards and 25 by my doctor’s standards) The receptionist thought that it was a mistake. I had to reassure ‘her’ that it wasn’t. She politely asked if I had a medical problem. Rant alert! So during a month of emotional free fall I thought I’d start back on Weight Watchers. It had worked in the past and has some structure, so why not? Well, there’s a lot of reasons why not. ======= 1. Hardcore carb restrictions. Firstly, I love carbs. Secondly, low carbs seems like an awful idea when my mental health is at the forefront of my wellbeing. Emotional fluctuations and binge eating - no thanks. 2. Super low fat. Again, why though? I get that fat is energy dense but it’s also essential. 3. The system guides you toward ‘point free’ foods, so it’s really easy to end up eating eggs, chicken and yogurt on high rotation. Variety is absolutely essential in any diet, and seriously, do I look like a 90’s body builder to you? Chicken and 🥦 is pretty bland if you eat it all the time. Also, the part where they recommend a daily multivitamin tells me that the plan designers KNOW that you’re going to fall short on nutrients. That’s a no from me. 4. The ‘points’ system. Weight watchers has it’s own formula/calculation for weighting different foods based on macros and energy. This, for some of us, just makes it a dieting head fuck because it’s more info that really you don’t need to eat healthy. 5. Dieting culture. No need to explain. 😒😒😒😒😒😒 So I downloaded the app on Monday, head exploded with dieting bullshit by Thursday and left by Friday. Looks like I’ve learned a thing or two about health. #weightwatchers #dietculture #ed

A super quick and easy dinner before heading out to get my hair cut? 💇‍♀️⁣ ⁣ Grilled chicken caesar salad with roasted spicy chickpea “croutons”. (There are way more chickpeas hidden under the lettuce, I promise)⁣ ⁣ To make the “croutons” drain a can of chickpeas and pat dry. i didn’t feel like going to aquafit today so i didn’t but i did feel like doing a work out so i did! i did 5 minutes on the stair master, 5 minutes on the rowing machine, 20 minutes on the treadmill, and 15 minutes on the bike. it was my first time actually back in the gym since i started and i was surprise at how good it felt. i was even able to do a few spurts of jogging on the treadmill which i have never been able to do before. so that felt awesome 30 seconds jogging, 1:30 fast walking for the last 10 minutes. it was awesome. . . . . . . #weightwatchers #ww #wwfreestyle #wwcommunity #weightlossjourney #weightloss #pcos #pcosdiet #pcosweightloss

Dinner tonight is creamy Parmesan chicken. Super creamy and VERY good!! #3points a breast! 🌻 1 cup of Greek yogurt or mayo whichever you choose 🌻 1/2 cup of Parmesan 🌻 garlic powder & season salt 1 TSP each 🌻 3 TBLS of Italian bread crumbs 🌻🌻 mix Greek yogurt, parm and seasons. Dollop mixture on top of chicken breast and then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cook on 400 for 28/30 mins. Pair with a veggie! Or a salad! 6 weeks of this and I’ll be back! My legs are sore already. Last night in boxing I realized how tight my leg and glutes are which is limiting my range of motion. So I just finished a little self care of a sports massage and epson salt bath. Watch out! She’s baaaaack! 🤣
