The only part of my body that I stretch is probably my stomach lining when I chowdown on my $25 malatang bowl. I know many people say stretching is essential but I thought it was a waste of time. Until I realised how stiff my body was... now I aim to waste.. I mean invest the first minutes of my routine into doing the crap you see above. American Football | What. A. Week. Last week I volunteered with the Great Britain Lions Women’s American Football Team, helping to run their hosting tournament, The International Federation of American Football Women’s European Championships. It took place in Leeds with GB placing 3rd, Sweden 2nd and Finland 1st. Not only are a bunch of my favourite people in the GB squad, it was utterly amazing to be around female athletes for a week! I’m gonna try and use all the content I recorded to make a vlog of the event too hopefully. But yeah, amazing week for women in sport, I got a bunch of social media experience and it was awesome to see the football community come together for this event🥰🏈

I needed to work off all the food, so I found an excellent #24HrFitness and ran it off...then pumped it off. I figure, if I'm going to live up to the moniker of "Brother Biceps," I need to get going now! Also, I noticed, ever since I started doing my beach walks, my endurance on the elliptical or treadmill is better than ever! My normal settings in the past are too light now!
