I’ve been talking about purpose in my stories lately and wonder...are you clear on yours?
Someone recently asked me to explain how a photographer could know when to take part in a collaboration.
My answer was not short but essentially, the most important thing about doing marketing work of any kind comes down to this - you must have a clear purpose.
Every promotional business decision should come from a place of understanding that.
My breakdown is here:
Purpose = your values + your ideal client + benefits (for both you and your clients) + your superpowers
If you make decisions to participate or not, charge or not; based on this alone, your business will be transformed. I believe that wholeheartedly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
