I went to the Grand Central Terminal couple a days ago, took a moment to sit down and observing. I saw many people running around the terminal to catch their train, perhaps rushing back to their family for dinner. Right in that moment, I remembered one of those quiet moment with my late father.
During my childhood in my village, we experienced blackouts very often. I used to hate it, but to think about it again, this is actually one of the rare time that bounded my family. This was the time for us to sit down together by the fire pit to have dinner, share stories, and reflect on our day.
I remember that cold night when suddenly we talked about train, station, and happiness. I thought it would be relevant to share our discussion that night with you along with this beautiful photo.
You must never stay at the station where you feel unhappy. Unhappiness combined with inaction always creates deeper unhappiness. The solution is very simple: Leave the station; trust the motion because only motion will take you to the new stations.
On the other hand, if you are happy in the station, then the station becomes your train. In other words, if you are happy where you are, it means that you are already traveling. Happiness is a great journey.
Are you happy with your station?
