And they are grown - not born. And no person will honestly get a heart disease from eating fruits and veggies - thats the cure! And its not as savage as murder. -To obtain meat, dairy, eggs, there is violence in order to get those products.. and its massively unhealthy... -- Consuming animal products like "meat, dairy, and eggs, are truly bad for us to ingest because we were not made to eat animals. They increase risks of cancer due to the chemicals they use to make the flesh look "fresh" 👎Also, the saturated fats and cholesterol coming from a dietary protein(animal proteins) is the only source that over-time builds up in our arteries. -Our bodies naturally make good/bad cholesterol, but Only that which is obtained by ingesting animal proteins does it build up and cause heart disease. - example - 1 of 4 humans will develop a heart disease. such as Diabetes, Cancer, and Athersclerosis, because of our intake of all these substances that our bodies cannot properly digest. -- example - Natural carnivores/omnivores will NEVER develop build up of cholesterol nor any heart disease. -Please inform yourselves of what we,are putting into our bodies, and feeding our children. Went to the store to stock up on produce. I was really in the mood for a wrap because I haven't had one in a LONG time. Started with hummus, added lettuce, cilantro, bell peppers, red onion, salt&pepper, and threw on some Boca falafel bites for added protein all on a spinach tortilla. I made two because it takes A LOT of veggies to fill me up. 😋 I wish I had a farmer's market in my town. Cauliflower sauce, spinach, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, tofu sausage, and noodles 🤤🤤🤤🤤 I boiled the pasta and cauliflower florets together then took out the cauliflower, reserved 1 cup of pasta water, and added it to a blender. Add to the blender: Juice from 1 lemon 2 tbsp nutritional yeast Dried parsley, basil, thyme, sage 1/4 Yellow onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened) 1 cup pasta water Salt and pepper to taste Add sauce back into pot and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and fresh spinach. Stir to combine. The dermatologist was asking about my skin and hormonal acne trying to prescribe me stuff 🤨- I obvi said I’m good with my skin it’s already improved a ton with my own diet changes/regimen so no thanks lol!! I asked you guys last week if there were any recipe requests you wanted to see me make. Well today I made one of those requests: Creamy artichoke spaghetti squash pasta! 🍝🍃 . Cut spaghetti squash in half and bake face down at 375’ for 35 mins. Once cooked fork out the squash into a bowl. Hola! 🌺 hoy hice un budín de cafe & algarroba. Les iba a compartir la receta pero la verdad es que esta seco para mi gusto (me encantan los budines humedos) asi que primero quiero mejorar la receta. 🙈 sinceramente no entiendo como hay gente que sube recetas todos los días. Me hace dudar si el producto final es realmente rico. Nose, siento como que no le dan dedicación/tiempo para emprolijarlas o who knows quizas son profesionales y les sale bien de una 🤷🏼‍♀️. To make use of my veggie scraps before putting them into the compost, I like to make Vegetable stock. It’s quick, easy and delicious! ⁣ ⁣ Vegetable stock ⁣ ⁣ Remove the tops/bottoms/skins/stems from any vegetables you are preparing (avoid vegetables like Brussels sprouts, broccoli, or cauliflower as they will add a bitter taste to your stock) and place them in Airtight container or a ziplock bag- they can stay frozen up to 6 months. ⁣ ⁣ Continue like this until your container in full. ⁣ ⁣ Place the veggie scraps into pot and fill ¾ of the pot (or until scraps just start to float) with water.⁣ ⁣ Bring water to a boil and then let it simmer for at least 30 minutes. ⁣ ⁣ Strain water out of stock. ⁣ ⁣ Refrigerate stock up to 4 days, or freeze up to 3 months.⁣

Некоторые знают, что я год была вегетарианкой. Я не следую рецептам, готовлю как подскажет настроение и просто импровизирую с тем, что есть в холодильнике. Именно в готовке я поняла, что я творческий человек. Осталось лишь заняться украшением блюд 😅. Иногда вдохновлялась просмотром американской передачи Master Chef Junior. Маленькие дети так просто фантазируют на кухне 😍👌. У меня, можно сказать, был небольшой депрессняк из-за веса и фигуры после родов. Ноги стали еще толще и вообще мне тяжело худеть в ногах. Тогда я поменяла свое питание и похудела. Я не тот человек, кто худеет от спортивного образа жизни. Я 13 лет бегала и занималась в тренажерном зале, но лишние килограммы все равно были. Просто если у вас всё в порядке с верхом, а в ногах не очень 😂, как это было у меня, то надо менять питание. Хватит есть жареное и жирное. И хватит погружаться в депрессию. Я знаю одно ☝🏼, когда ты счастлив, ты нужен всем, а когда тебе плохо - никому. Именно это даёт мне силы. Быть круче, лучше, чтоб прям от тебя пёрло счастьем за километр 🔥. Потому что кто-то уже прожил свои годы, свою жизнь и жалеет о многом. А я буду умирать с улыбкой 😸. Моя жизнь, действительно, была такой разнообразной, полной риска, приключений, взлетов и падений. И пусть каждый раз, когда мне грустно, я буду напоминать себе, через что я прошла и кем я стала... Главное, что сейчас, а не в прошлом 🙋.
