Банановый «хлеб»🍌 Что: -4 спелых банана -1/4 ст. кокосового масла -1 3/4 ст. цельнозерновой пшеничной муки -2 ч.л. разрыхлителя Можно добавить измельчённые орехи, сухофрукты и т.д. Я добавляла изюм, мак и грецкий орех. Как: 1. Размять бананы в кашицу, добавить экстракт ванили. 2. Растопить кокосовое масло. Добавить к бананам масло и все остальные ингредиенты. 3. Застилаем бумагой форму или берем специальную силиконовую форму для выпекания, тогда не прилипнет. 4. Разогреваем духовку до 170 градусов, выпекаем «хлеб» около часа. На самом деле, всё сугубо индивидуально, духовки разные. Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Follow us for more!👉 @knowingfood Serves 8 Strawberry & Rhubarb Filling 4 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen), trim and cut large strawberries in half* 4 cups fresh rhubarb (around 4 to 5 stalks), trim and cut into 2 inch / 5cm lengths* 1/2 cup organic brown sugar 2 tablespoons arrowroot starch Zest of half an orange Crisp Topping 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats 1 stick (4oz / 113grams) vegan buttery spread, melted 1/2 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped 1/2 cup organic brown sugar 1/2 cup all purpose flour or gluten free flour 1/4 cup almond flour Zest of half an orange Instructions Preheat the oven to 375F/190C. Into a large bowl, add the strawberry and rhubarb filling ingredients. Stir well to combine. Pour mixture into an 12 inches x 9 inches / 30cm x 23 cm overproof dish. Smooth over the mixture and fill in any holes (you want the crisp topping to sit on top of the filling, not wander down the holes/sides). Into a medium size bowl, add the crisp topping ingredients. Stir well to combine. Cover the strawberry and rhubarb filling with the crisp topping mixture. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until crumble topping has turned golden brown and the fruit has started to bubble up the side of the dish. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for around 10 minutes (the fruit will be super hot!). Serve warm with a dollop of vegan vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

Vegan Potato Cheese Pockets by @harvestcooked 🧡 ——— Potato Cheese Pockets: Yields 8 bite-sized * 1 cup mashed potatoes * 1 heaped tbs cornstarch * 3 tbs vegan mayo * 2 - 4 tbs flour (GF if needed) * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/4 tsp onion, smoked paprika, garlic & oregano powder *optional * 1/2 tsp mustard * 1 tbs vegan butter/oil * 1/4 cup shredded vegan cheese * Breadcrumbs/Panko (GF if needed) 1. Preheat the oven at 180C/350F. Whisk the potato mash along with all the ingredients except the last two. Slowly add flour as the batter should be firm enough to roll yet not too dry. Roll into 8 even balls, create a well in the middle by pressing into the ball with your thumb. Fill with cheese and cover by folding the edges. Roll into a ball again. Do the same to the remaining balls & brush with olive oil, roll into panko. 2. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until crispy. Allow to cool for a few minutes to firm up. Eat warm, if you like it extra crispy pan fry afterwards! #bestofvegan

Esse foi feito com maçã, couve manteiga, hortelã e água de coco. 🍎🍎🍎 Almoço Mais um em outro Self-service. Pode parecer muita comida no prato, mas pesou apenas 450 g. Arroz integral, feijão, tabule, alface roxa, azeitona, milho e macaxeira frita 😍. 🍎🍎🍎 Lanche Foi pão com guacamole. Eu faço a minha bem simples. Somente abacate amassado com tomates + sal e pimenta e às vezes acrescento mostarda. 🍎🍎🍎 Jantar Foi sopa de feijão + carioquinha com queijo de batata e proteína texturizada da soja. 🍎🍎🍎 E simples assim, mais um dia de alimentação! ⭐Flan de Coco ⭐(below in English) . . Mi versión de flan saludable es libre de azúcar y lácteos y sale muy rica. La forma de cocción es igual como un flan común pero este flan tiene solo grasas saludables de leche de coco y viene con una capa dulce de dátiles en vez de un caramelo en base de azúcar. . . Preparación: mezclar la leche de coco con 4 huevos, 1 cucharadita de vainilla en polvo con 100ml de miel liquida hasta una masa homogénea. Para el caramelo de dátiles triturar los dátiles con 2 cucharadas de miel y agua hasta obtener una textura líquida. Llenar los moldes individuales con una capa del caramelo de dátiles en el base y después rellenar con la masa del flan. Poner los moldes dentro un recipiente con agua apoyado sobre un trapo y tapados para que no se queman en el horno a 160 grados durante 30-40 minutos o hasta que podés poner un cuchillo adentro de la masa y que la masa se queda firme. Estas joyas saludables estan listas para para disfrutar. . . Ingredientes: 400 ml leche de coco 4 huevos 100 gramos miel 1 cucharadita vainilla en polvo 80 gramos dátiles . . . Coconut Flan My version of a healthy flan is free of diary and sugar and comes out very tasty. The way of cooking is the same as you would make a normal flan, but this flan has only healthy fats from coconut milk and comes with a super sweet layer of dates instead. Different states of India,know it by different names,here in bihar it is called "vari",which is made by,fermenting,cucumber,or white pumpkin,for 2-3 days,and then whatever pulses vari you want,just soak it in water overnight,grind it with fermented mixture,and add some spices for good smell,,,lastly,just make this dot-dot type of design over a plain plastic,let it dry for2-3 days,in summer heat,,it's done....We can preserve it whole year... Сыроедение мой переход. Часть 1 🌞Доброго дня, дорогие подписчики! . Хочу начать писать для вас серию постов, о том как начать переход на сыроедение, как это было у меня, и что мне это даёт в моей обычной жизни. . Если вам интересна такая тема то ставьте❤, мне будет очень приятно, что вам это приносит пользу! . И начну я свой рассказ о том, что вообще меня привело к такой нейронной связи как - питание=здоровье. И если питание не здравое, то и здоровья нет. . Я росла очень болезненным ребенком. Тут играла роль и отсутствия грудного вскармливания, и наличие всех прививок, и плохая экология моего Красноармейского района Волгограда (один из промышленных районов нашего города), также роль в моих болячках сыграла и психосоматика, но основная причина (как я сейчас понимаю) заключалась в том, что я ела термически обработанную, химическую, консервную пищу. Допустим промышленным шоколадом меня кормили с 10 месяцев от роду. . Конечно, мои родные делали все из любви и у них в голове (кстати, до сих пор, как и у многих) не возникает этой связи что от еды зависит, будет ли здоров организм или же он будет потихоньку дряхлеть и сгнивать (жвачки стали популярны именно из-за неприятного запаха изо рта). . Все эти причины сделали меня обладательницей многих хронических болезней, в том числе и ЖКТ, а особенно что меня раздражало в себе - это мой хронический насморк и аллергия, которая не проходила ни зимой, ни летом. . Для маленькой девочки было очень стыдно быть все время с платочком в руках, особенно в школе. Плюс мой лишний вес сделали свое дело. И я превратилась в очень очень закомплексованного человека, который абсолютно не ценил себя, и даже больше: я просто ненавидела себя и свое тело. . Но также, с самого детства, я чувствовала внутри, что однажды все изменится и я приду сама к себе. Приду к знаниям и вся моя жизнь изменится. У меня была вера, вера и надежда на чудо. И это чудо случилось спустя много много лет. И я не перестаю благодарить всевышнего за все те знания, которые он мне открыл, и открывает до сих пор. . Именно поэтому мне и хочется делиться информацией с вами. Мне хочется чтобы люди осознали, что их здоровье в их собственных руках. . Продолжение следует...

Hello everybody! Can't drop my obsession with pasta!🙈 This Turkish vegan fresh pasta (we call it manti) is one of my favorite dish ever!
