Chocolatey goodness 🤤 • • It definitely needs a bit of tweeking, however I am very proud of it considering it was a random throw together. • • The brownie itself is 100% healthy containing only 3 ingredients; the icing is definitely far from healthy soley consisting of sugar, vegan dark chocolate and coconut cream. • • So I will be experimenting to make this desert 100% healthy and tasty! Post workout lunch. Today was a good day at the gym. Squats felt really good, starting to get some more weights on the deadlifts and ended with legpress. I love adding in the legpress, it is a nice way to focus on legs and get everything out of them, and to be honest it is a good egoboost. Since it is easy too load big weights on it and still do 3x15 reps it really makes me feel strong, and that is a nice feeling. Also did 100 meter intervalls on the SkiErg. 10 rounds with 20 seconds rest inbetween. Gute Laune beim Frühstück. Porridge mit Sojamilch, Leinsamen, Erdnussmus Beeren, Banane und Mandarine. Ich habe 10g Proteinpulver (Soja, Erbse, Hanf-mix) zugegeben. Die normal empfohlene Proteinmenge von 0,8g pro kg Körpergewicht schaffe ich problemlos über die Ernährung ohne dass ich groß darauf achte. Aber bei 1,5g pro kg als Muskelschutz in der Abnahme, oder für den Muskelaufbau wird es schon etwas schwieriger. Meal prep for my day at work - this is my breakfast, dinner and any snacks ✔️ Breakfast: Oats, mixed berries and banana Dinner: one tub is rice, sausages and spinach; the other tub is a mixed leaf salad and tomatoes to have on the side, with a tiny blob of houmous in the corner Snacks: an apple, a satsuma and a tub of grapes ALL CLEAN. You don’t need to over-complicate your meals. Just spend some time a couple nights a week getting organised and setting out what you need.

Today marks the start of a new mini-fitness journey I take on. 12 weeks of eating in a controlled caloric surplus in order to build strength, muscle and endurance. #12weekleangains ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My thoughts on a bulking process : ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ True gains are made when you’re main focus is not getting rid of fat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The longer you stay in this state of extra calories the more likely you are to put on muscle and strength. Now while I say that, I also think it’s important to incorporate #minicuts every 12 weeks so that you can minimise the fat you gain during this phase from the extra calories. This is gonna help you stay in a surplus for longer and thus make more gains .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do not aim to just gain crazy amount of weight, depending on your level of experience anywhere between 2-5 pounds gained per month is more than enough. Anything lesser or more is ineffective .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Quality of calories matter, more calories doesn’t mean room for more processed CRAP. More calories bring in a greater opportunity to nourish your body with more nutrients that are gonna impact your performance. So keep it clean. Eat a variety of foods, experiment with multiple healthy recipes find what you enjoy eating and make some solid #gains . Put those calories to good use, if you do cardio keep it up, if you don’t - start. An efficient cardiovascular system means efficient nutrient absorption. Ensalada tibia de lentejas 🌿 [English below] Hoy hemos comido algo rápido porque estamos bastante liados, pero está súper rica y es muy fácil de hacer, os la recomiendo 100%! Sigo teniendo problemas en el blog, así que dejo la receta aquí también por si os apetece hacerla un día 🌻. -ponemos abundante agua a hervir y cuando esté lista añadimos 1 taza y media (o la cantidad que quedamos) de lenteja roja partida y dejamos cocer durante 10 minutos (más o menos, hay que ir probando). -en una sartén sofreímos con un poco de aceite media cebolla, un diente de ajo y pimiento rojo durante 5 minutos. -Añadimos champiñones y tomates cherry partidos a la mitad. Cuando esté casi listo añadimos una cucharada de salsa de soja. - si las lentejas están listas, las escurrimos y las echamos en la sartén. Mezclamos bien y listo! 🌿 . . - Boil 1.5 cups of lentils in abundant water for around 10 minutes (try from time to time). -fry some onion, red pepper and garlic with a little olive oil for 5 minutes and then add some mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. When it’s almost ready add a tbsp of soy sauce if you wish. -if the lentils are ready, drain them and add them to the pan with the rest of ingredientes. Mix well and... ready! I hope you enjoy it very much, it is quite a quick recipe for busy days 🌿🙏🏽
