So here it is ! The progress pic! & tbh, I’m honestly surprised ! Here’s why ! .
I’ve skipped the gym a few days, I skipped running too, I’ve had beer and I’ve had this & that at the Big E 🤷🏽♀️ so honestly, I didn’t expect any kind of change. I’d check myself out and I felt the same. My face doesn’t look any different or my arms. It wasn’t until I took this picture that I realized some improvement! .
You know what I did stick to though? Never eating passed 8pm & WATER ! Lots and lots of water. It has made all the difference ! This mama is now 252! .
As far as my mamas pouch, well that’s something that’ll be there forever unless I do surgery. And I did notice the weight loss on my back ( if you have any great workouts for back rolls please let me know !) and unfortunately, my ass. But that’s nothing squats can’t fix! .
Point of this ? It’s okay to not be consistent. Because we’re human. And sometimes we are too tired from work, or we want to spend the day at the big e with family and friends, or maybe, just maybe, sometimes we aren’t ready! It happens! I am not the first or the last. I do know that after seeing this I am progressing & that is all that matters ! To be continued . . .
