Some days running feels effortless.. Today was NOT one of them.. God knows why but I went out to the wrong training entry in my watch so at 0.4miles I noticed it wasn't right & started my watch over, then ended up just losing concentration I guess... x . This weekends running has been cut back slightly, to give my foot chance to get back into it so may be I'm feeling deflated & set back, I don't know.. Aquí les dejó una muy buena idea para quienes les gusta mucho el helado y les da ansiedad de comer hasta en las noches 🙈 HELADO DE FRUTOS ROJOS CON YOGURT GRIEGO🍧 . 🍦 Compra un yogurt griego natural y sin azúcar añadido. Yo usé para estos helados los yogures de @sanmartinlacteos. . 🍦Si quieres que tenga un extra de proteína puedes agregar medio o 1 scoop de proteína al yogurt natural. Yo usé sabor vainilla de @vitanascolombia. . 🍦Agrega los toppings que quieras. Puedes ponerte tan creativo como quieras.
