Ever since getting the sour starter dough starter, just like all the things I like, I'm obsessed.
What fuels my obsession, how simple this recipe is.
I could have a fresh bread everyday. Could be a little problematic, I eat more than I should.
I made these bruschetta toasts with a multigrain loaf, the last of my garden tomatoes, mozzarella cheese,fresh basil, garlic, drizzled extra virgin olive oil on top. sprinkled more parmesan cheese ..... delicious🤗
Salt and pepper to taste.
I sliced the loaf toasted it, spread it with pesto sauce.... recipe below in photos👇👇👇
