Adapting to the topography of the area the project aims to provide the sense of belonging by unlocking the multiple benefits of living in a familiar community, offering a network of new public spaces. From the street level, a series of pedestrian path lead over the building’s lower levels passes gardens, playgrounds and multifunctional squares.

House 2LH (2016) by hugely talented @luciano_kruk of @lucianokruk.arquitectos Luciano Kruk located in Tigre, Argentina. The client - a medium-scale construction company - carried out a market study on the housing demands of the average socio-economic class in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires. Aylesbury Cohousing: Passivhaus homes designed around a communal hall. Facing the sunken pathway, exaggerated chimney stacks peak above the surrounding roofscape. Outside, the projecting stacks create a quiet corner to the entrance of the home, offering privacy and a sense of ownership within the shared gardens.
