Not all progress is just about the numbers. Being able to perform an exercise with better technique through great range of movement is a fantastic progression.
Been working with Jake for a little over a year, a hinge was simply part of a door frame when we first started working together. We’ve worked hard on this pattern and as you can see it has improved greatly. This has lead us to being able to do more advanced exercises such as Romanian Deadlifts, Trapbar Deadlifts and Kettlebell swings.
Not only has Jake seen great improvements in movement quality, strength, balance and other physical qualities trained in the gym, most importantly, his on court tennis performance has improved as well, helping him to get into and hold his own in the top division at the club.
