❤️ The coleslaw is made from half a sweetheart cabbage, 1 large carrot, 2 sticks of celery, 4 tbsp @aldiuk ltl mayo (2 syns), 6 tbsp quark, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp each white and black pepper - it made a huge bowl that would serve 4-6 so 0.5 syns per portion (Not all of it pictured here!)
🧡 Pulled pork:
💛 Cut fat off a pork shoulder and cut into smaller (but still big!) chunks.
💚 Rub with 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp white pepper, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder.
💙 Sear pork on all sides in a frying pan sprayed with @frylighthq . Put in slow cooker when seared
💜 Blend 2 red onions, 2 white onions (smaller ones), 3 cloves garlic and 1 tin chopped tomatoes in a food processor
❤️ Add mixture to pan you cooked pork in. Add 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 6 tbsp sweetener (this easily serves 6-8 so no need to syn sweetener), 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp @schwartz.uk bbq seasoning, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1tsp cayenne pepper (or chilli powder). Stir it all in then add to slow cooker
🧡 Cook on low for 6-8 hours, breaking up the pork during the last hour. I often turn the slow cooker up to high and leave the lid off for the last hour too!
