Took this pic to remind myself how good it feels when I actually commit to an entire hour of @barre3. By “commit” I mean no phone within reach, no Apple Watch (😱), no thoughts of “geez I should really be cleaning/organizing/working on an order.” Just me focusing on the instructor and and my movements, making sure I keep this bod strong so that I can keep on keepin’ on.💪🏻

BIG LEG SESSION.... 🏋🏋 . ️. Hit today's leg session off with some big SUMO SQUATS, keeping my legs further apart and pointing my feet slightly outwards. Went for 100kg for 4 sets of 15-20 Reps. Nach dem Beine-Po Workout🏋️‍♀️ genehmige ich mir heute einen After Workout Shake 😋 ☆ Ich habe heute im Zirkel 4 Übungen gemacht: 1. Ausfallschritte Reverse 8x 2. Gesprungene Sumo Squats 8x 3. Pulsierende, überkreuzte Ausfallschritte 8x pro Bein 4.
