Es hätte gern gut laufen können heute. Ich hatte auch durchaus Bock darauf, 117,5 kg zu rocken. Stattdessen tat mir der untere Rücken ganz fix weh, der obere war zu schwach (siehe gerundete Schultern), glutes 0 angesteuert, Stange zu weit vom Körper. Wat willse machen. Приседания со штангой на плечах с паузой в нижней точке 150 кг 3 × 6 ✔️ Сегодня начал с обычного приседа, дошёл до рабочего веса в 260 кг, с ним поработал в 5-ти подходах, далее в обратной пирамиде снизил вес до 150 кг, выглядело это следующим образом: • 260 кг. 3 подхода по 5 повторений; • 260 кг. 2 подхода по 3 повторения; • 220 кг. × 10; • 200 кг. × 10; • 170 кг. × 10; • 150 кг. × 10. • 150 кг. 3 × 6 с паузой. И завершил присед 100 кг × 12. Получилось 13 подходов одного только приседа не считая разминочные сеты 🔥 Ни когда не ограничиваюсь одними только приседаниями как бы хренова себя не чувствовал, ведь в глазах как правило двоится 🤪. Выполнил ещё жим ногами в тренажёре 3×15; попеременное сгибание ног в тренажёре стоя 3×20; сведения ног сидя 3×20 и на этом тренировка ног была завершена. Sumodeadlift to upright row. It a great combination compound move. You’re practically using your whole body. Many people get the form wrong when doing the sumo lift. The emphasis should be on the legs on the lift and not the lower back. Don’t bring the hips up too early. Be sure to raise the hips at the SAME time at the chest. The same on the way down. This was my super quick leg session from last night 👇🏻💥 - 1. Sumo Deadlifts 2. Barbell Hip Thrusts with my @savage_fitness_accessories fabric band (Dc: LAURA10) 3. Kettlebell walking lunges 4. Went out to paradise fitness today and had a decent session, I wanted to rest out what it felt like working up to max/near max numbers on my squat bench and deadlift while still trying to get a decent lift in. Managed to hit a comfortable 290 for a paused single on bench, 475 on squat and 605 on deadlift. I had not been inside a gym for the last 2 years after nursing 3 sports injuries and it didn’t seem easy to get back to a lifting schedule or the same level of fitness. W14 D2 probably the most total work done sumo in a single session ever for me ... Shown: top 2 singles @ 7 (305#) and @ 8 (320#) 😈and a working set @ 80% (280#). Took a step back to focus on technique for front squats prior to deads, shown: set 2 @ 7 (150#). Also, top pin press @ 7.5 (157.5#). Week 7 Day 4 Ouch Squat - top set of 305x5 @ overshoot. Looks bad, felt worse. Bench - Tempo single with 180 @7.5 -8. Really happy with everything about this. Deads - oh no. 365 for 4. I thought I was done letting my hips rise out of position but ig not. I am officially a Powerlifter now, boiz. Still in Raw Nats high. The platform experience was surreal. 💯 I decided to join my first meet last May where I weigh around 66kg but bravely joined 60kg weight class in hope to cut weight without compromising strength. In a span of four months, I took training very seriously for the first time. I worked my ass off to get in there and it was all worth it. Powerlifting is both humbling and challenging, it has always been you versus you. ————— Competed @ 59.5kg BW. Last attempts shown in videos ➡️ SQUAT: 70kg / 75kg / 82.5kg meet PR (3/3) ⚪️⚪️⚪️ BENCH: 35kg / 37.5kg / 37.5kg (0/3) 🔴⚪️🔴 DEADLIFT: 90kg / 95kg / 105kg meet PR (3/3) ⚪️⚪️⚪️ ————— Finished with 6/9 lifts although I ache to go home for 9/9 all good lifts. Though I was able to lift all the weight in bench press but “no lift” was called due to glute raise on the bench and foot sliding on the ground. Nevertheless, I knew I showed the crowd my grit yesterday. I kept my composure and redirected my focus instead of bombing out. I didn’t quite anticipate my last attempts in squat (7.5kg jump) and deadlift (10kg jump) will take hold of three white lights. Thank you @osanoliver , for telling me “sayo to, bumawi ka” when it was the time for my favorite lift. Thank you @philippinepowerlifting for putting up such great event and gathering all the strong people in one place together! Thank you sir @happyiwasfat for your utmost support, fully geared up by @1morerepfit for yesterday’s game. @andy2smol tried to fucking kill me today first w 3-0-3 tempo squats for 3x10 THEN on my last set at 155, he miscounted (so did I tho) and made me do 11 REPS HAHAHAHA😂😭 (I cut out the first 3 reps bc too long but if you actually watch and listen, you can hear us trying to figure out what rep I was on in the middle of my set😂) Posting this because 5 months ago when I injured my tailbone which took me out for a good while, I injured it while not breathing properly during tempo squats, and I hadn’t done them since. So I’m glad I was able to do them today with no pain😊 . Then hit some block pulls with top set @265
