"Those who do not imitate anything, produce nothing." - Salvador Dali.
I remember when I was younger I would watch my mother get ready in the morning. I remember thinking how beautiful and well kept she was, and how I would one day grow up to be as beautiful as her! I can smell her perfume just thinking about it! I remember watching my friend's older sisters getting ready for a dance, and dreaming of the day I would look that beautiful! I can even imagine the dress she wore! I spent my childhood looking up to these beautiful people that I wanted to resemble one day! Now days people can interoperate this as comparing myself to others, but I see it as admiring a real women! I now understand that this was a fantasy of myself and who I wanted to become! Then as I grew into the person I am today I realized that this was the answer to the grand old question "what inspires me". They inspire me! All the women I have once admired created and shaped the person I am today!
