Dinner plate ruined my picture ffs. 😂 But how goodddddd.. 1 hour.. 8 meals + dinner!! Probs last me 2 days but anyhoo. 🍎 Point is one or 2 hours is literally all you need. Doing things Despite. I’m pretty sure the only way we create significant #change , & actually a new reality, is to do the THING when we don’t really want to. I have to convince myself to do my #Australianpullup practice each week b/c I know if I don’t I’ll either start to lag in #strength , &/or I will never get better. And I think those two results come b/c of two distinct decisions. One is simply getting yourself in front of the THING. And two is going past a place of resistance w/in the act of doing it. Maintenance. Progress. Both are noble. One requires a little more mental muscle, but both require #discipline. Which always speaks to a level of self love & the belief that you’re worth what you want. It’s so easy to rationalize in the blink of an eye that, “it doesn’t matter”, “it’s only one day”, “I’ll do it tomorrow”... If YOU matter, IT matters. Start there. And if you’ve been struggling in the realm of weight loss, learning about how fat burning works might be eye opening to say the least. Once again, my entire back is feeling very worked over (in a good way) from yesterday’s Snatch Grip High Pulls (SGHP). I consistently get a great response from them. Super-effective exercise, and one that is very easy on the joints and is not particularly technical (at least relatively speaking).
