POWER DAY 🏋🏻‍♂️ Currently squatting 3x week including a power day which involves lifting around 60-65% of my 1RM directly followed by some plyometric squat jumps. - Still quite unfamiliar with this training style but definitely enjoying the variation and can already see the carry over to my heavy sets later in the week. - Mix your training up if it becomes stagnant but make sure what you’re doing still serves a purpose and contributes to your long term goals. #squatspo

2 weeks post intermittent fasting 16hrs a day! Not sure if i like it 🤔 One min i like next no like!🤨😆 . I definitely feel.leaner around my face waist all over actually but bum feels.smaller hmm.. Like I said I would, here is the circuit I did earlier this week. This is perfect if you are on vacation or if there isn’t a gym near by. Had to get a little basketball in while doing it 🤣 🏀 Here’s the breakdown again: Sumo in and out squats 10 Run Push-ups 10 Run Reverse lunges 10 Run Mountain climbers 10 Run Jump squats 10 Run Crunches 10 🏀 After each round, rest 1-2 minutes and repeat 4-5 times. 🏀 Have fun with it and modify it if you want!
