AND WE’RE BACK!!! Lol to this video 😂 First early morning session back after our holidays (🙄) and I feel 1000x better for it!
Here’s a workout for you and your gym partner...
5x each, 10, 15, 20x
• (both) 5x Squat jumps, (one 5x) Jumping lunges, (partner holds) lunge hold, (then swap). Then x10 each ex, 15x, 20x.
• Jumping squats, Squat jumps / (partner) wall sit, (swap).
• Squat jumps, Curtesy lunges / squat hold.
• RB 50 glute bridges / glute bridge hold (like video).
• 2x 20 weighted glute bridges / 20 RB glute bridges.
