Last night I cooked a special slimming world friendly meal for my Mum for her birthday. She’s done amazingly well on plan, she’s lost 3st 11lbs so far and she looks incredible, she’s an inspiration!
Thai fish cakes to start from the slimming world fakeaways book - these were incredibly tasty. Then smoked haddock with lemon and dill lentils for main. We were going to have a peach and raspberry melba for dessert but we were stuffed. Instead we drank a lot of limoncello (a whole bottle between 4 of us 🤦🏻♀️) and I can confirm limoncello hangovers are no fun!!
