SLEEP UPDATE: 😴😴😴 Could be doing a lot better. I haven’t actually managed to get to 7 hours on any night the last couple of weeks or so. That’s neither good nor admirable and it’s bothering me a little bit. I decided to be proactive and I know after listening to a couple of podcasts about it that this book by @ matthewalker will help me on the way! Packed with research, I reckon it will be a fascinating read! I’m hoping it helps my general performance too - I tapped out on my final set of deadlifts on Friday because I just felt so tired and my recovery was nowhere. There’s times you may need to prioritise sleep less and the last week or two has unfortunately been one of those unavoidable circumstances. Nothing wrong with putting in extra work but you also have to balance the books at some point! Chickenpox has hit our house. Both kids are covered head to toe. My son even has them on his eyelids. Typically today was the only day this week I absolutely had to be in work and last night was like having a newborn again. My poor son absolutely covered with blistery spots in his nappy area and woke in the night trying to rip his clothes and nappy off. We didn’t get to sleep until gone 2 am and up for work at 6. He’s dosed up on Piriton tonight so I’m praying he has a better night. Alparslan Emir 16 aylık ve doğduğundan beri hiç uyku düzeni olmadı 🥺 gündüz uykuları ben yanında yatarsam 1 saate kadar uzar ama yanında yatmazsam max yarım saat sürüyor.
