Leaving reps in reserve doesn’t mean easy training.
Week 3 of this block, hitting all time personal records on half my gaining calories..
Progression doesnt stop once you lose a couple pounds of fat. Sure if you train and eat like an idiot your energy will be shit, but thats the result from not investing time into understanding the principles.
2 reps in reserve on this close stance machine squat after hacks.. brutal set.
Im all for conservative, safe and smart training, but these are the sets not many are willing to take. They require mental preparation, and will test whether you really want it or not.
Not a lot of people on this planet will know themselves the way we do; Tapping into that thought or memory that will push you to your limits.
