7 months, 266 day's, a lot hard moments and cussing, and a whole lot of delicious food is how I got to where I am at! Four days shy of 11 months post partum! 3 programs later. All which were less than 47 min but mostly between 20 to 30🙌! I Didn't wonder around at the gym trying to decide what I wanted to do, I walked up my computer, hit play, and was done in the time it would take me to get to a gym!
Some weeks I had way too much chocolate. Some weeks I had none! I didn't miss out on any celebration or ever feel deprived!
I nursed up to being 7 months postpartum and never saw my supply drop because this isn't a diet!!! I changed my life style for me! I poured more for me into my day and in turn I am getting amazing results and warming my heart to the fullest!
