Can you spot the Tigress? 🐯
So I booked 1 morning and 1 evening safari in 2 different zones of the park, hoping we'd get to spot a Bengal Tiger at least once. I'd read beforehand that people had gone out searching numerous times but were unlucky in Tiger spotting.
Fortunately for us, as soon as we entered Zone 3 we encountered 3 Tigers - a Tigress by the name of Arrowhead and her 2 Cubs!!!
We were in an open top jeep, so we were able to see clearly (although you can't tell from my pics 😩) the Cubs playing with their mumma.
On the way out we hit the bonus as a Male Tiger had wandered out near to the road/main entrance.
Male Tigers are usually harder to spot, so we were reallyyy lucky!!! •
On day 2 we drove into zone 6 where it was much quieter, (apparently due to the cloudy weather) but eventually our guide spotted some large paw prints 🐾... and then a few minutes later we saw a lone Tigress! After a few yawns she stared directly at us, decided we weren't interesting enough and walked off ✌🏽
It's amazingly beautiful to see wild animals in their natural habitat, roaming free as nature intended 😍❤
