What Came in the Mail Today, part Ooo! Costume.
No, I did not need a penannular brooch. No, I did not need two penannular brooches (aka fibulae or cloak pins). But they're fun, and I do have a couple of shawls and a pashmina around here, so they may even get used.

@changeourgame Women continue to be under-represented in visible #leadership roles across the #sport and active #recreation sector and community organisations play an important role in driving positive change.
Through the work done by the Office for Women in Sport and Recreation and the sector as a whole, we have noticed that conversations have shifted from "WHY do we need to have more women and girls involved in leadership roles" to "HOW can we ensure we achieve gender balance across all leadership roles at our club."
To assist community sport and recreation clubs navigate this 'how to' we have created the latest #ChangeOurGame resource. The Recruitment and Retention Guidelines for Women in Sport and Recreation is now available.
This resource has been designed to provide simple and practical strategies for local clubs to increase the number of women and girls in leadership roles and ensure their experiences are rewarding and their contribution valued.

Antelope Canyon Via Kayak-
A true adventure, for only 30 dollars to rent a kayak for a WHOLE day, this kayak trip was nothing short of beautiful. It took about 3 hours round trip to kayak down the canyon, plus a couple hours of hiking towards the end.
Perfect for pictures, relaxing, exercising and escaping reality.
