INGREDIENTES 600g de frango moído (peito) 1 colher de chá de curry 2 dentes de alho amassados 1/2 xícara de aveia em flocos finos 1 limão espremido 2 colheres de sopa de cebolinha picada 1 colher de sopa de salsinha picada 1 cebola ralada Pimenta preta a gosto Sal Rosa ou marinho a gosto MODO DE PREPARO numa tigela coloque o frango moído e tempere com limão. Depois de cinco minutos descansando, adicione a cebola, curry, alho, sal, pimenta, salsinha e aveia. Misture tudo até formar uma massa homogênea. Mousse de Cacao Fit 🍮¡Hoy os traigo una receta dulce muy muy baja en calorías y rapidísima de preparar! Para que veáis que después de mostraros mi cheatmeal y poneros los dientes largo os compenso con una receta muy 🔝 Si la preparáis ya ¡podéis comerla como postre de la cena! ➡️ ¿Qué necesitáis? - Yogur natural 0% grasa sin azúcares o queso batido 0% grasa o en mi caso yogur sin lactosa (compro el natural de Mercadona). Cantidad: 236 gr aprox. (Dos yogures). También podéis usar el medio kg de queso batido. - 10 gr de Cacao desgrasado puro - 2 láminas de gelatina neutra o 4 si usáis el medio kg de queso. - Stevia o edulcorante al gusto. - Esencia de vainilla (unas gotas). - 50 ml de agua calentada 2 min al microondas. ➡️ Elaboración: - Dejar las láminas en remojo durante 2-3 min (mientras calientas el agua). - Mezclar en un bol: yogur o queso + cacao + stevia + esencia de vainilla. - Verter las láminas hidratadas en los 50 ml de agua caliente. Remover muy bien hasta que se disuelvan y luego llevarlo al bol de la mezcla. Podéis removerlo todo muy bien con cuchara o batirlo. ¡Y listo! Y la pregunta del millón ¿calorías? 😏 ➡️ 125 kcal‼️ ¡siiii! ¡Solo! 💕🔝💪🏾 ¡Chicos que se puede llevar una dieta muy flexible y cumplir objetivos! Hola a todos! 🤗 Hoy es día de tostadas francesas’🥪🍌 Aquí les dejo la receta⬇️⬇️ Ingredientes: -Un par de rebanadas de pan de espelta, centeno o algún cereal que nos evite el gluten si puede ser. -Leche vegetal (la que más te guste). -Huevo o sustituto vegano del huevo. -Aceite de Coco virgen ecológico. -Azúcar Pinnata Wise Nature. -Canela en polvo. -Fruta fresca al gusto (se recomiendan frutos rojos y/o frutas dulces como el plátano o el mango). Elaboración. En un bol o fuente batimos el huevo o sucedáneo y le añadimos un vaso de leche vegetal, dos cucharadas pequeñas de Azúcar Pinnata y media de canela, y mezclamos bien. Metemos las rebanadas de pan en la mezcla para que se empapen bien y absorban bastante. En una sartén calentamos una cucharada sopera de aceite de coco virgen y freímos las rebanadas empapadas (si ves que te vas quedando si aceite ve añadiendo un poco más por cada rebanada). Cuando sacamos la rebanada de la sartén las ponemos sobre un poco de papel de cocina para que se sequen y les espolvoreamos por encima un poco más de Azúcar Pinata y canela Por último cortamos la fruta y la servimos acompañando las tostadas (podemos añadir sirope de ágave o mermeladas eco si somos muy glotones). Oficialmente, ya ha comenzado la temporada de los boniatos👏👏, uno de mis alimentos favoritos, sin duda. Destacan por su contenido en betacaroteno y en almidón resistente, que es un tipo de fibra muy fermentable ( con acción prebiótica). Además, presentan un índice glucémico más bajo que la patata. Yo hoy he asado un montón de boniatos, para así tener para toda la semana y los guardo en el frigorífico. Al tenerlos en el frigorífico, su almidón se convierte en resistente, por lo que es así como verdaderamente este alimento se convierte en un potente prebiótico. Lo he acompañado de unos pepinillos, pimiento rojo crudo, tomates cherry y judías verdes al vapor, que también ahora estamos en plena temporada y son una excelente fuente de carotenoides y minerales, especialmente calcio y potasio. Homemade apple cider donuts with maple glaze🍂 I love pumpkin as much as most, but apple spice is the unsung hero of Fall flavors, and I’m determined to show it off. paleo PUMPKIN pancake party!! 🥞🎃(say that 10 X fast 😂) to start off this Monday! recipe is from the wonderful @bitesbymi ! all i did was add a splash of vanilla extract and a splash of almond milk to the batter to make them a little thinner 👌 who else can’t believe it’s already the last week of September?! 🙀🙈 . paleo pumpkin pancakes 👉 it’s linked in my stories! but here’s what i used: 1/2 c pure organic pumpkin 2 pasture raised eggs 1 tbs ground flax 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract splash of unsweetened almond milk *blend all ingredients together and cook over medium heat! I topped mine with some butter and maple syrup (since this recipe is not sweetened!)

HAPPY MONDAY, FAM 😍💗started the morning off nice and early with the usual: meditation, long walk (I love listening to books while walking), journaling, and brekkie 🤗sounds like a lot, I know, but mornings are my favorite time of day, so anything I can do to extend them, I make sure I do it! Last night, I wrote a list of everything I wanted to accomplish by the end of the week, everything I needed to, and fun things to look forward to, and it felt SO good to get it all down 🙆🏼if you’re feeling anxious about the week ahead, this is a tip I highly recommend! Happy Monday!!! I’m finally back to continue sharing all my foodie adventures with you guys. I recently had a phone mishap, so I was living in the dark ages for a bit... which was some what a struggle, yet refreshing at the same time.
