very proud to announce that I indeed saw santa at the farmer’s market today! 🎅🏼 such a great day spent with family + relaxing. tomorrow I return to work for the first time since summer which is at a grocery store in my hometown, and let’s just say I’m happy to get some money to spend on more gifts for my friends + family........and possibly so I can have more spending money for kombuchas, ha! something I’ve missed so much while being away from home is salmon. 💯 as a result, I of course had to cook some up tonight. I cooked it in a sauce I made consisting of honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, basil, pepper, and some garlic powder. I also made some couscous for the side, which I haven’t had in forever, but I love having it with salmon + tilapia! lastly, I steamed some broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, which has been my obsession lately. after the picture, I might have thrown way too much nutritional yeast on the vegetables, but you’ll never know..........hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend and is smashing their finals if taking them. 😎 ps: I have no clue what that mark on the left of my plate is but it won’t come off—might have to get a new plate solely for food pics, ha.
