One pan baked eggs for lunch today! Antes de venir a Italia no podía parar de soñar con estar aquí y comer platos de pasta, pizza, gelatto, etc. La última pasta que me hice era la de la foto y llevaba un salteado de trigueros, champiñones, cebolla y aceitunas. Chocolate and vanilla chia pudding! Chia seeds are packed with fiber, protein, and omega 3&6 fatty acids which are all super healthy...and they're yummy too! 😊 ------------------------------------------------ Recipe: 1/2 cup of chia seeds, 2 cups of coconut milk, 1/4 cups maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
