3 local stores, 4 dogs, all of the raw food they need (plus supplements of course): 🐄 Lean ground beef 🐮 Green Tripe 🐟 Sardines 🐟 Mackerel 🐚 Green lipped mussels . 🐄 Beef liver 🦃 Turkey hearts . 🐖 Pork brains (just to try) 🦆 Duck wings 🦆 Duck feet 🦆 Duck necks 🐇 Rabbit grinds (80% meat, 20% bone) 🦆 Duck grinds 🐷🐮Organ blend (liver, kidney, 20% heart) 🥒 Veggie blend _ I love prepping my dogs meals, it’s so much fun for me 😄 To get an idea of what raw costs, I spend $85 a month for my 59 lb dog with moderate activity levels. The cost does depend on your area of course, and I live in New York. _ 🥩 Tips to Save on Raw: 1) Make your own, balanced, homemade raw food instead of pre-made raw. Pre-made is normally a lot more expensive than homemade. 2) Buy locally because it cuts out shipping costs. 3) If you can’t find ingredients locally, buy in bulk online. This helps with buying food less often, therefore cutting down how often you pay for shipping. Buying in bulk locally also helps because discounts are usually applied. 4) Buy what your dog or cat needs. Meaning don’t buy the more costly, unusual ingredient (such as pork brains, that I really just wanted to try 🤣) . 5) Always be on the look-out for SALES and new places to shop! This helps compare prices. _ 🐾 Visit KarmavoreNutrition.com (link in bio) to start your dog or cat on raw!
