Eat the rainbow for lunch daily! Kale, purple cabbage, celery, red, orange and yellow pepper, water chestnuts, garlic, sunflower seeds and a little bit of olive oil and apple cider vinegar. I also used a bit of lemon pepper and a dash of pink Himalayan sea salt. Don’t over dress your salad. When you are done eating there should be no liquid left in the bottom of the bowl. Also, you need some good fats with your salad to help your body absorb all the vitamin, mineral and nutrient goodness you are consuming. Don’t do fat free anything! Yuck. Fat gives your food flavor and good fats in moderation are totally healthy. They help give you a strong healthy body not to mention gorgeous skin, hair and nails. I just had a physical a few weeks ago and I got a glowing review from my doctor. And I take zero daily prescription drugs, which I am so grateful for. What you eat does make a difference, in how you look and feel and how your body reacts to daily life. Do your body right. It’s well worth it!
