When I was a kid I used to love holding my breath under water as long as I could. No crazy weight. Just getting that blood flow going to start the new week. Also worked on my GHR dismount. Why, because I have no idea lol. Finished off with some sled work. Roughly 1yr difference | 16 yr old •Time to be consistent with the bulk and put on real size now😈 - •Fairly hesitant to post this because of the first picture... Got lots to work on still and have a rough idea of what my strengths and weaknesses are in both physique & strength based. Lots of mistakes have been made but I’ve been trying to fix them and improve on most aspects of both powerlifting based training and recently started bodybuilding accessories again. Day 66 of 365 Swing : This could probably count for workout number 3 today. I had a really long back squat workout this morning. 10x5 @ 80%. I went every 2.5 minutes. Then I decided to front squat later on with the 6pm class. PR’d that. But I still decided to go sue-do heavy for the swings because I was feeling a snickety. I talk about things that people “do” there towards the end. We often have idealized views of what type of people we are. But what do we actually do. I feel like we as people think about a lot of things. But we don’t do a whole lot. Action is integral to everything. How you feel. How you are perceived. How you eat. How you move. We also avoid the hard things. We say “I can’t”. Or “not right now”. We’ll concoct a plan and then say “maybe tomorrow”. To quote somebody cooler than I.... Is this embarrassing? Sure, I avoid being shirtless as much as humanly possible. But there is no shame in my game. Ive come a long way. What I wish I was eating right now... last night’s dinner was chicken fried rice🤤 Do it: 3 cups cooked brown basmati rice Chicken Garlic EVOO 1 egg 1-2 cups peas & carrots Coconut aminos & tamari Cook your chicken first with salt and pepper, then you can pretty much add everything else in and fry it! I went heavier on aminos than tamari because it has a lot less sodium.

No PRs today, but I was reeeeaaaalllly close!!! I am happy to be lifting heavy weight on bench consistently. First video is an easy 115, second is an almost 130 (current PR is 125). I think the best part of this is how Ethan and I scream about the missed PR at the end 😂 I know I have this and 135 in the near future, so I’m just enjoying the process 😎 thanks to my #swolesisters @eattheweights @jess_ringenary

💪🏼Physique Update💪🏼 Left: 12-9-18; Right: 2-18-19 I've lost .5" off my waist, 1" off my bust, almost an inch off my hips, and .25" off my upper thighs. I'm sitting around 155 lbs right now. Currently excited about the new game plan @theswolefessor wants to do, which is to increase volume to get my stronger so I can EAT MORE FOOD. YAS. I have to put in the work before that happens.
