•Fairly hesitant to post this because of the first picture... Got lots to work on still and have a rough idea of what my strengths and weaknesses are in both physique & strength based. Lots of mistakes have been made but I’ve been trying to fix them and improve on most aspects of both powerlifting based training and recently started bodybuilding accessories again. Looking a bit fat in the face in the second pic :(

3 cups cooked brown basmati rice
1-2 cups peas & carrots
Coconut aminos & tamari
Cook your chicken first with salt and pepper, then you can pretty much add everything else in and fry it! I went heavier on aminos than tamari because it has a lot less sodium.
No PRs today, but I was reeeeaaaalllly close!!! I am happy to be lifting heavy weight on bench consistently. First video is an easy 115, second is an almost 130 (current PR is 125). I think the best part of this is how Ethan and I scream about the missed PR at the end 😂 I know I have this and 135 in the near future, so I’m just enjoying the process 😎 thanks to my #swolesisters @eattheweights @jess_ringenary
Finally finally finally! First new personal record after long long time! Being able to pull this off after my foot injury and long time not working out properly, for me is a huge thing.

1st time to try on 90kg x 3 x 5 and we good.
But failed on 100kg which wasn't my 1RM on Sumo (110kg). Well, wrong execution 😅
