Meet Recap | Squat; 112.5, 120, 125 (275 lbs) 17# meet PR. | Bench; 65, 70 (155 lbs), 75 - Should have went for 72.5 as my third but got excited and went for it. Tied previous meet PR | Deadlift; 120, 127.5, 127.5 (281 lbs). Mentally shut down on 2nd attempt. After watching the video, I would have hit it and had a chance at 130 (286), but it is what it is. 6# Meet PR | 322.5 Kg (709 lbs) total adding 10 kg to my total from last October.
So many people to thank for all their support leading up to this meet! My amazing husband @jchristensen1986 , my very close friend and nutrition coach @juliemcgee15 , @thestrengthaydin for providing solid training cycles and coaching feedback, my closest friends and family for all the encouragement, and of the @btbarbell_va community for the support and encouragement!
Thank you to all the spotters, loaders, refs, and meet day personnel who spent their Saturday providing an environment for all of the lifters to display their hard work! @usapowerlifting
