Something that I’ve been working on is being more transparent in my business and my life.
I enjoy sharing openly about my growth, triggers, emotions, healing, wounds, past experiences, trauma...
Because the way I look at it, if I break the mold and be more authentic in my truth, I give permission for others to do the same.
As a coach, my only wish is for my clients to allow themselves to be seen for all that they are. I want to honor them in their lightness and their darkness so that they can begin to honor themselves the same way I do.
So, I must do the same. I must honor my light with my dark and allow all parts of me to be seen in order for people to remember, I am human too.
For the next 30 days, I am committing to exposing 30 truths about myself in all areas of my life.
I’m not holding back. I’m going to fully put myself out there because I feel it is important to reflect on what my truths are and how I’ve grown to be the woman I am today.
By doing this, my intention is create deeper connections to those who resonate with me and allow those who aren’t meant to be here to do what they wish.
I hope this initiates a movement of courageous people to speak their wisdom, be vulnerable, and stand in their power.
