Hello from the dill blooms in my herb patch. Dill is known as shatapushpa in ayurveda. Its pungent and bitter taste pacifies vata and kapha dosha. Dill is great carminative, digestive, diuretic and antibacterial among other medicinal properties. Move over porridge with peanut butter and banana :) The first plums and apricots from the trees in the garden are here (bracing myself for a lot of marmelade making!!). I love it that I can just go into the garden and pick fresh fruits. Real sun ripened organic fruit is quite different from the supermarket kind. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This fruit mix is a banana, half an apple, 3 small plums, 1 apricot, and half an orange. Más allá de las propiedades de un alimento en particular, Ayurveda sugiere combinaciones de comidas específicas para cada ingesta. Eso favorece el buen funcionamiento del agni (fuego de la digestión) y la asimilación de los nutrientes, reduciendo la posibilidad de ama (toxinas en la sangre). Para el almuerzo -y simplificando opciones- recomienda cualquiera de estas combinaciones (una de ellas): a. arroz (algún cereal afín), vegetales al vapor (con curry) y legumbres b. arroz (algún cereal afín), vegetales al vapor (con curry), legumbres y/o sopa (con alguna especia indicada) c. arroz (algún cereal afín), vegetales al vapor (con curry), legumbres, sopa (con alguna especia indicada) y/o buttermilk (crema de leche agria). Cualquiera de estas combinaciones tiene ghee dentro de su receta. Algún dulce ocasional se sugiere al comienzo o al final de la comida. Preferentemente incorporarlo en forma de chutney. Idealmente, para estimular una buena digestión deberían estar todos los sabores contemplados: picante, salado, agrio (o ácido), amargo, dulce y astringente. Recordar que "dulce" no se refiere a un chocolate, necesariamente. Más allá de las propiedades de un alimento en particular, Ayurveda sugiere combinaciones de comidas específicas para cada ingesta. Eso favorece el buen funcionamiento del agni (fuego de la digestión) y la asimilación de los nutrientes, reduciendo la posibilidad de ama (toxinas en la sangre). Para el almuerzo -y simplificando opciones- recomienda cualquiera de estas combinaciones (una de ellas): a. arroz (algún cereal afín), vegetales al vapor (con curry) y legumbres b. arroz (algún cereal afín), vegetales al vapor (con curry), legumbres y/o sopa (con alguna especia indicada) c. arroz (algún cereal afín), vegetales al vapor (con curry), legumbres, sopa (con alguna especia indicada) y/o buttermilk (crema de leche agria). Cualquiera de estas combinaciones tiene ghee dentro de su receta. Algún dulce ocasional se sugiere al comienzo o al final de la comida. Preferentemente incorporarlo en forma de chutney. Idealmente, para estimular una buena digestión deberían estar todos los sabores contemplados: picante, salado, agrio (o ácido), amargo, dulce y astringente. Recordar que "dulce" no se refiere a un chocolate, necesariamente. Um bom dia com os rostinhos satisfeitos de um casal que recebeu massagem e saiu pleno aqui do espaço. 😌 💆🏻‍♀️Ela recebeu uma Massagem Yoga Ayurvédica com um toque mais preciso e devagar e quando necessário, um pouco mais vigoroso, a cliente estava com desequilíbrio em Pitta, claramente tem a fala e mente acelarada, fora o jeito rápido no andar, após a massagem, já senti a fala bem mais tranquila e uma certa leveza no jeito de caminhar. . 💆🏻‍♂️ Ele recebeu uma Massagem Terapêutica pois o objetivo era trabalhar mais os nódulos musculares acumulados nas costas por conta do estresse no dia a dia, mas no decorrer da massagem, senti que ele estava precisando muito mais era só de relaxar mesmo e ter um momento de cuidado, então fiz um mix de terapêutica + relaxante, ele chegou bem tranquilo e calado, saiu mais tranquilo ainda e visivelmente mais disposto. ✌🏼 E então, já agendou seu horário? . #massagem #massagemyogaayurvedica #massagemrelaxante #massagembrasilia #massagemterapeutica #doshas #pitta #saudeembrasilia #bsbsaude #guara #bsb
