Working in a group is so much more satisfying than being on your own schedule - even with personal trainers. Pilates teachers are personal trainers anyway.
I had met Louise in a different setting and enjoyed her way of teaching so when she set up the studio it was a natural progression. I had never joined a membership for any fitness, so it’s a new experience, but it’s working really well. I can choose what and when I come and tweak my diary as commitments change. It’s very flexible.
