Starting the week withthe fun stuff! Stiff leg deads 130kg for sets of 10 This really gassed me! Form felt really good which is the goal! Start of 2018 i was doing sets of convential deads at 100kg for 10 and the utterly crushed me. So seeing this is pretty damn awesome! Knees feeling good today and actually did a 'leg day' which was aimed at high reps and good form and i have walked away with an ache so im pretty stoked about that!

ABS ABS ABS 🔥 - You all wanted to see some ab training and here it is 🙌 I don't train abs directly very frequently as compound lifts really work my abs 😅 But I do love to do some weighted ab exercises and also plank variations. Exercises below ⬇️⬇️ . ➡️ Kettlebell pull through planks. Okay so this first exercise is one of my new FAVS. I love the upper body engagement cause you all know how your girl feels about training upper body 💪🏼💗 . ➡️ Plank variation. I find this one difficult because I'm not very flexible at all 😂 Walk back on your hands while maintaining a straight back . ➡️ Cable crunches. These have always been my go-to ab exercise. Definitely a staple 👌🏼 . Don't forget to SAVE and give these a go next time you train abs 💗

Day 23: some wonderful lighting for the video👌🏼 but, I woke up this morning exhausted because I couldn’t sleep last night. It should have been a rough lift, but you have to focus on the good and push through the tired. I went up in weight in every leg lift and my shoulder lifts (especially this one) have been getting much smoother and easier. Go kill it today💪🏼 Ps. I think it’s impossible to not go hard to that song

The chamber of alchemy...💣⚗️ # Look, let's be honest. The majority of people who are serious about training and aren't professionals athletes don't have time to spend fucking countless hours and hours in the gym every day. Of course, there are caveats do this as in you have to spend more time in the gym as you get more advanced to get some growth. But, when we look at general recommendations - training between 10-20 working sets per week seems to be a good thing to recommend. Here's why: the combination of increases sets, reps and load over time is what matters. If someone is pumping out 20 working sets per week without any progress, I doubt he's training hard enough. Scale him back and put a bit of weight on the bar and repeat the process of increasing reps and sets over time. I don't like overcomplicating things and tend to keep'em simple and applicable to the general person. If this is you, then this is where you should start off and spend most of your time. It only makes sense 🤷‍♂️ # Enough of this crazy 14-30 exercises in each session. Keep shit minimal. Keep it effective. Get results. It's that simple! # One of the things that fucking bothers me endlessly is those muppets who call themselves #influencers and other #zealots pushing stupid shit in terms of health and fitness. Today was a good session for bench press but believe it or not I still felt off.... had a lean due to a little bit of a forearm splint I was dealing with in my left forearm and right shoulder was a smidge tight. Overall was just tired and feeling beat from work. 😴 I'll clean up this issue in due time. 🙏 Just need to stretch a lot! 😁 No excuse not to kill still and still hit a slingshot PR. Bench press was 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 1 225, set of 1 255, set of one 285, 2 sets of 2 315 (second set shown), set of 6 315 slingshot PR, set of 1 345 slingshot, set of 2 295 pause reps, and a set of 13 245. 💪 Pretty sure I got 315 for a triple again. Maybe even 4 reps when I'm 100% fresh and ready! 🤘

I believe at this point I have better conditioning than I did when I stepped on stage for my last show. Few weeks ago, Coach told me I was about two weeks behind. This was due to some personal issues I was having & it definitely was affecting me. Since he told me that, it’s been eating away at me. So I’ve been giving it 200% to make up for lost time & I feel like it’s finally all coming together. Here we are 3 weeks out after posing practice. This prep has been a lonely one. I’ve stayed mostly to myself & just kept my eye on the prize. Missing a few people who I hoped would be in my corner but with or without anyone, I can’t be slowed down right now. Ricordate bene queste parole: "Tutti gli esercizi del mondo non basteranno per mettere in mostra degli addominali avvolti dal grasso".
