st day of July's tests (with 3h30m's sleep😅)! Let's draw conclusions about this year of work. 😁
st clip: 1 RM pullup, 65 kg PR 😍! Honestly happy about this result. I think I had 67.5 kg, but I wanted to try for 70 and failed with honor and no regrets😌. Anyway my pullups' work capacity has increased really a lot from last Summer, so I'm very satisfied.
nd clip: Advanced tuck planche max hold, 9" 😅. Me and planche are the same entity, so nothing different from what I expected... I really don't know what I could do to improve in this fucking bullshit....🤬
rd clip: Front lever max hold, 23". Ok, that's apparently very bad since I had a lot more last year. However, I did some considerations. My last max hold was a 29" hold with 2 kg on ankles from February 2018. Now I've got "just" 6 cm more thigh circumference, for sure more than 2 kg. In addition, I had already done the 1 RM pullup, that made me lose for sure at least 5" hold, so I could have done 28" or more. Definitely I'm at the same level or maybe even stronger than I was last year. Moreover, I have trained front lever very little in the last year to fill my gaps in other exercises. Anyway, from next week I'll restart bw training at the park, so I'll be soon back in the fl game 👽.
th clip: Tuck planche pushups deadstop max reps: 10 reps not counting the last one. It's the first time I'm trying a max reps in this exercise, so I haven't got any reference. For sure my hips are lower than my shoulders and this is a bad mistake I'm struggling with. Let's see what's going to happen in future 😶.
Bw = 66/67 kg.
