I had about 12 people join me with the goal of dropping 15 lbs by Halloween, plus an additional 10 lb loss by Thanksgiving. One week ago Monday, we started following the plan I used way back when I was at my healthiest weight, sleeping well and getting 4-6 workouts in a week. Six of the 12 that checked in at the beginning of the week, have already reported weightloss! In one week, we have one down 2 lbs, one down 3 lbs, two down 4 lbs, one down 5 lbs and one down 7 lbs! It's easy to follow, and we are all doing it together. Some exercise, some don't. Some are just learning to eat clean for the first time.
