Nutrition is 80% of your results and one of the BIGGEST STRUGGLES for most people. Trying to figure out what to eat and establish a fitness routine all at once can be a lot too and fear can get in your way to just not start at all.
Not to mention There are so many fads and diets it’s so confusing and down right overwhelming to figure out :
what to eat,
how you feed your family,
how to overcome overeating,
Food intolerances ,
I have been there!! I know the struggle and although I’m far from perfect I’ve also found that it’s not as complicated as it seems, they is no one size fits all, and the more you learn your OWN body the easier it becomes 💪🏼 You DO NOT have to starve, (the pictures above are an example of what i eat in one day! #notstarving ) restrict, cut food groups, eat boring food, or stop eating the things you love. Learning to have a HEALTHY relationship with food and how it fuels your body is key and I want to help empower you with the tools to get there!
