Meel läheb rõõmsaks kui vaikselt hakkad oma endisesse kehasse tagasi mahtuma.... Jah küll vanad teksad veel jalga ei lähe.... Aga ma ei kiirusta kuskile. When you’re trying to make healthier choices, it’s a good idea to choose a few treats that you’ll really enjoy without getting off-track. 🌵 Sparkling water has become that for me lately. It satisfies a certain craving without adding any sugar or calories to my day!! And there’s no artificial sweetening in it, either! @lacroixwater 🌿 So drink up and enjoy! 💕 That being said, I wanted to mention a few myths I’ve heard recently about weight loss/fitness. So many people are being led astray by these lies and not reaching their goals! Which breaks my heart. 1. The less you eat, the more weight you’ll lose. 🚫 Omg so FALSE. In fact, when you eat too little, your body uses the starvation response to protect you. It hangs on to extra fat, assuming you’re in a famine and you won’t be eating much for a while. Make your calorie cuts conservative. Only cut calories by 100 per day, at first. Then cut them down a little more. But your results will happen by the WEEK, not by the DAY. If you weigh more today than you did yesterday, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re not reaching your goals. Allow your body to change SLOWLY. 2. If you eat late at night, the calories are automatically stored as fat. 🚫 That’s just ridiculous. If you go over your daily calories — yes, the extra will be stored as fat. But your body isn’t going to punish you for eating at 9pm instead of 5pm. 3. Working out is bad for your joints. 🚫 It makes me really sad that anyone believes this. Being stupid is bad for your joints, that may be true. 🤣 But if you’re being sensible about your workouts, starting slow, and respecting proper form, your body is only going to get stronger. Your muscles will support your joints as you get stronger. So working out is one of the best things you can do for your joints, as long as it’s done properly! 🌵 If you read down this far, THANKS SO MUCH! So I drew this, as a way to explain how I'm feeling. So, The "I" part of it is ment to represent the sick thoughts in my head. Or just the fact that I get sick alot. Either one works. The "Am" part of it is ment to represent the mentle state I'm in. And how I'm slowly getting worse and worse but still trying to heal it all. The "No" part of it is ment to represent how I in vision myself as a man. See how it shows the other word "Transition"? Put the two together and you get "No Transition" as I haven't gotten to go to the doctor yet to get the stuff started. The "One's" part is ment to represent how I go in and out of eating correctly. It goes into a loop of eating breakfast lunch and dinner. To only eating lunch and Dinner or just even dinner depending on what or how I'm feeling. I tend to go in and out of it alot.. And it's a problem. But I'm trying to get better at eating more. The Final part "Therapist" basically means to tie all of them together. Not everyone in the inside seem normal. I may want to help people, but that doesn't mean I'm a doctor and what I say is 100% going to help. I'm no doctor. I just have alot of experience(s) with depressed kid's or family member's and or myself as well. People who don't eat alot or just eat very small amouts then eat normally like myself. People who have mental problems and who don't know what to do,like me. People who are sick alot and think it's hell, like me. Or people who can't Transition just yet or are to afraid to ask, like me. I may be of help, but the only person who can help you is yourself and or a therapist. Also talking to someone about it IRL helps as well wayyyy more then people online. Trust me, online people can't give you hugs and wipe your tears away or make you tea or whatever. But friends, family and your significant other can! (If your single just go with the other options). This is all I wanted to say. Yes I'm here to help, but not always. I have problems as well. Please respect that. It’s the best feeling in the world to be out burning up my lungs in nature 🌵 My current goals may not entail running half-marathons anymore, but my inner distance runner is alive and well! ✨ Can you believe these New Mexico skies? God is so good. I’m always so happy to soak nature in like this. Seriously, it’s like taking happy pills. On that note, some of you know I have struggled with postpartum depression over the past two years and this past July was a particularly dark time for me. 🌻 When I made the decision to be more committed to my fitness and strength, it did wonders for my mood. I’m not on any medication and I’m not even taking the herbal mood boosters I was using for a few months! ❤️ So if you are struggling with depression (or know someone else who is), consider adding more exercise to your daily routine. It made a world of difference for me and I want to help you live a happy, vibrant life as well! 💕 Happy Sunday! 🌻

I think of all the times I used to run out of the door, headlong into a frenzied day of (largely self-propagated) stress, with nothing fuelling me other than adrenaline. Bad times, man. There is much debate over whether breakfast is really that important, much of it comes from the named-diet wankers who claim that exercising on an empty stomach before breakfast is good for fat burning. I refute this claim, even aside from the scientific evidence against it (you might want to read my blog colab with @billycraig https://buff.ly/2SDE5iN), I've tried it both ways and know that the days when I was a jittery angry bitch as a result of not fuelling up for the day were like a test of endurance - both for me, and those who had to endure me. And more than likely created the prime inflammatory environment for the digestive issues I experience now.
