Hosted Father’s Day brunch🦋🌈..cooked and baked all morning. It was my first time making healthy coconut flour muffins....also made batch of “normal” ones for the more traditional eaters(note the labels!) 🤣🤣🤣...wanted all dads happy today!! Coconut muffins turned out great! A hit🎯💥🙌 _______________________________ To make:🥥🍪 1/2 cup of coconut flour 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 4 eggs 1/2 cup swerve sweetener or other erythritol sweetener or honey 1 tablespoon of vanilla 1/3 cup of coconut oil, or oil of your choice 1/2 cup coconut milk or other milk 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350°F Blend all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Using a whisk, or mixer on a low setting, blend in all the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until well-blended. Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 of the way full with batter. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is starting to brown a bit. What does your ideal relationship with food look like? Do you think you should eat a salad to be healthy? And you can only eat salads if you wanna lose weight. Or does it look like you eating the foods you love and still getting to lose weight? I chose to have whiskey burger tonight! It had a whiskey bbq sauce, and crunchy grilled onions, O my word it was deliciousI ate EVERY BITE of it! I did make some small tweaks, I chose a lettuce wrap instead, but I also don’t like buns, so that’s a personal choice! And I chose broccoli instead of French fries, bc veggies for the win! Also I always steal Lukes French fries!💁🏻‍♀️ and I got a second bowl of broccoli! #notstarving My relationship with food is completely different than it was a year ago! Yesterday I completed my first ever 48 hour fast and I just want to tell y'all it was amazing! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 It wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. I love food (if you haven't noticed it yet) and just the thought of not being able to eat anything is scary!😱😱 For real. So.... I was only drinking fluids to remain hydrated and my meals consisted of the following: coffee with coconut oil or a splash of heavy cream☕ for breakfast... iced coffee🥤with a splash of cream for lunch... and a green tea, 🍵no sugar for dinner.... and water throughout the day. Simple right? And the best part?? I still felt energized throughout the day, my skin complexion improved, no food= no bowel movements, my tummy was flatter from being empty, & I lost like 2 lbs!! 🤗🤗 So now I can't wait to do it again, but I'll aim for 72 hrs next time. Today's snack after lunch... So many people are afraid of the "D" word... Diet = self controlled intake that can be calorie restricted, food restricted, or both... IT DOES NOT MEAN STARVING... I had a roughly 400 calorie burrito for lunch... found I was still hungry, so I went to the fridge and grabbed these... roughly 45 calories for the cucumber and another 100 for the watermelon... roughly 550 calories all together... I am seriously full and super hydrated... considering my breakfast was all of about 300 calories... I am WELL below my half-way point for the day AND not starving... Trying out my new ice cream maker tonight🍦..made delicious strawberry frozen yogurt at home! 🍨 I love frozen yogurt and ice cream so much..I had to buy my own machine! Oven fried crispy chicken wings with @stubbsbbqsauce (Hickory flavor) and @olivegarden parmesan ranch dressing... only 3 net carbs for the whole plate! I’ve been on cloud nine...results are rolling in and goals are being crushed in our group! Just listen to the victories we get to celebrate with these gals! And how about those gorgeous meals!⁣?! ⁣ ❤️ I am still so happy about this change... I am down 15 lbs!!⁣ ⁣ ❤️ I am down 4 more pounds from last Friday to today!!! That's 8.2 so far (in 3 weeks)!!!! ⁣ ⁣ ❤️ I hit the 10 pound mark today!!!!!!⁣ ⁣ ❤️ {👉🏻 on vacation!!! 👉🏻} ...had a little [weight] loss yesterday & today. Not feeling deprived, either!⁣ ⁣ ❤️ Down 6 lbs!!!!⁣ ⁣ ❤️ I’m so excited, another 2lbs. Gone!! I am just amazed at how well this program has helped me!!! And all of you!!!⁣ ⁣ ❤️ I REALLY get to eat all of this?!? I am SO full lol⁣ ⁣ ❤️ {👉🏻 two friends working together! 👉🏻} 7 lbs down between us already! I am really enjoying eating meals but I am rarely hungry or snacky at all!!!!!! It's so wonderful!!!!⁣ ⁣ ❤️ I love that this is rubbing off on my girls! And even my husband... we had matching salads today for lunch and he asked for it!! I’m loving this lifestyle change!!! I started a little early, and I am down 9 lbs [in THREE WEEKS]!!!! YALL, I can’t believe how amazing I feel!!!! The thing I am shocked about the most is how I’m not hungry!!!! After I eat these nutritious foods, they satisfy me!!! I’m not even wanting to snack!!
