We can lie about “DID WE DO THE WORK OR DID WE NOT?”
We test ourselves, we try new methods, but deep down we know whether or not we’re doing everything we can to succeed…
We can go out & say we’re doing it, but at the end of the day did we fucking do it or did we not? Did we show up?
We have to win the little battles in order to WIN IT ALL!
When I used to train & diet on my own I would take it to extremes, never asking, “what is actually realistic here?”
I ALWAYS got to this point where I was disgusted with myself & quit
🌪 Nothing friggin works! ❌
🌪 There’s something wrong with me! ❌
🌪 I’m so sick of feeling like this! ❌
BUT what I never said to myself was, am I really doing everything I can be doing? If I had, the answer would ALWAYS BE NO.
It’s hard, but we need patience. It’s SO easy to see transformations of other people on social media & think why can’t that happen to me?
Well the answer is IT CAN! What we don’t see is the roller coaster of emotions these transformers had OR the time it took them to get there
Weight loss does not happen over night. It’s a process that takes CONSISTENCY & COMPLIANCE— that’s it!
We are so used to giving up before we see results. We ARE CAPABLE, we just need to stick around long enough too see it happen!
I know bc I’ve been there! I look at transformation pictures of myself now & I forget all the ⬆️’s & ⬇️’s that brought me here
