Have you ever asked yourself this question?
"Why do I always want to fap?"
Most of us may think this is just a vague and meaningless question. But to our brave brothers who are really serious about it, we ask: have you ever put this question to yourself?
Why do we, day and night, struggle constantly with that thing. It fills our hearts, our brains, our minds, our thoughts, our energies, everything that we are.
Isn't it because that's the strongest desire we have?
Isn't it because this is the only thing in life that you deeply strive for, the only thing that possesses the totality of your being?
Look at yourself when you are having an urge. You will notice that at that moment, the whole world disappears, only your desire remains and it seems to be drawing your entire life.
Nothing else matters, only the demand for that thing to express itself. It is burning, urgent and can't be held. It has to come out without restriction. It feels like a live or die situation, it cannot be postponed, you must do it NOW.
Do you see this?
If you stand on firm honesty within yourself, you should be able to admit it.
This addiction, which is the movement of that desire, is the center of our lives. You enjoy it, you hate it, you repress it, you give up to it, you study about it, you fight against it, you hide it, you suffer it, you anticipate it, you watch endless videos about it, read countless articles about it, you think of it all the time. It is your life.
This desire is the fine line, the tight rope on which you walk. Therefore, you should not approach it with ideas and theories but personally, without anything in between, crudely, directly, face to face.
You used to escape from it by creating the Judge and the Fighter, but now, you stand AS it, without shame or blame, just looking at it as it is, right in the eyes.
And you need to go to the core of it to understand deeply what this desire means and where it came from.
And remember, we are not talking about the "superficial you", we are talking to the author of the desire himself, the real you, the "you" that is hidden under the beautifully arranged table and unconscious of himself.
Let that "YOU" speak.
