Seeing the Sun rise or set could be the habit that dramatically changes how you sleep.
When you do either one of these, you're sending a STRONG message to your circadian rhythms about the time of day.
As a result, your body is much better at telling when it's bedtime!
If you see a Sunrise or a Sunset, you will release more melatonin at night... if you don't screw things up with blue light!
