Between our phones, tablets, computers and TV’s… the average person will spend over 10 hours each day in front of their screens! It’s important to make sure we give our eyes and minds a break periodically throughout the day. Meditation, listening to classical music, and taking a walk outside are all great options! What is one of your favorite things to do when you need a refresher? #getoutdoors #unplug #nature #beUtahful #utahisrad

The first Ponte Vecchio, in wood and stone, was built in Roman times and over the centuries it was destroyed many times after the Arno river overflowing. The last was on 3th & 4th November 1333. Ponte Vecchio was built as we see it today in 1345 by Taddeo Gaddi, It was the first bridge in history which lowered arches were used for construction. This innovative solution allowed rubbles to not damage the bridge from the river and the riverbed flowing away more easily. Since the '300 the bridge has seen as the continuation of the urban road. Initially located here popular shops, then with the construction, commissioned by Cosimo I de 'Medici in 1565, the Vasari Corridor led over the years to the transfer of the other "poor" shops of the bridge and insert activities much more suited to the nobility as goldsmiths , silversmiths and jewelers. In the central opened space Bridge some larger windows were opened, wanted in 1939 by Mussolini to allow Adolf Hitler visiting in Florence, to admire the view of the city towards Ponte Santa Trinità. Legend has it that it was the charm of this view that convinced Hitler and the German officers to save Ponte Vecchio from destruction during the 1944retreat #live #beautiful #2k18 #pontevecchio #Florence #flowers #love #italy #live #instagood #goodmorning #beautiful #photography #webstagram #squaready #sky #landscape #nature #picoftheday #colour #art #photooftheday #fashion #notfilter #paradise #family #firstpost #amazingplace #instalove #instalike #pappaintheweekend
