Believe in yourself.
Always remember that.
Yes, everyone has some days where they lose faith for a moment, and they start doubting who they are and what they are doing.
Those are signs that you're doing something greater than you've ever done.
Those are signs that you're becoming someone better than you've ever been.
It's part of the human nature, your mind is so used to your comfort, that when you just TRY to get out, it gets uncomfortable and feels unease, that's where the doubt starts coming in, so all we have to do is accept it as part of human nature.
Here's what you can do, and this has helped me a lot recently.
Stand infront of a mirror. Say a few affirmations. For example:- I believe in myself
I love myself
I have what I need to succeed
Just a few examples.
Also try to use "I" and "I AM" when starting your affirmation. It's more effective to your subconcious mind.
Say those affirmations with a smile on your face as if you believe every word you speak, say it with enthusiasm, either silently or loudly.
Do this for 5 minutes and then you'll feel a lot better. It's okay if you took more than 5 minutes. Take your time and continue repeating the affirmations until you feel better.
Then you will smile at all the trash you've been telling yourself a moments ago.
