Practicing the sumu squat to bear position in Q2 #11
Here are some tips to help you with it in class;
1. Keep your core engaged the whole time, it's the only thing that will help with the transition from one move to the other
2. Practice the bear position, be familiar with it, let your muscles memorize it well, so that when you land, your hands and feet know exactly where to go.
3. It's ok to start half tempo. Get used to the move, and make sure you're doing it right, then you can go full speed afterwards
I know there's a lot I personally have to work on, but I'm a little better at it today than I was the first time I tried it. And the same thing will happen to you ❤💪🏽 P.S. Had to mute the video because @dahliagamal was doing a very inappropriate narrative 🤣
