Ogni impegno svolto porta solo al prossimo da svolgere, in una catena ininterrotta, e si rimanda a quando si avrà più tempo il momento da dedicare a se stessi, un tempo che, però, molto spesso non arriva o che, addirittura, si rifiuta, consciamente o inconsciamente. Questi ritmi accelerati sono la causa di tanti malesseri, fisici e psicologici. Il primo passo è quello di prendere coscienza del vortice in cui ci si trova, avere la capacità di mettere a fuoco la propria Essenza nella moltitudine di immagini sfocate che, ogni giorno, ci passano davanti agli occhi. La Natura aiuta tanto a rallentare i ritmi, a risvegliare la consapevolezza. Lo "Shinrin-Yoku", il bagno nella foresta, è un'espressione usata per indicare una pratica molto diffusa e fondamentale in Giappone. Stare a contatto con la Natura, immergersi nei suoi colori, nei suoi profumi, nei suoi suoni, apporta numerosi benefici. La Natura ha il potere di riequilibrare Corpo, Mente e Spirito, di regolarizzare il respiro, di interrompere schemi di pensiero e di comportamento errati, di purificare la propria Energia e ristabilire, così, una corretta visione del proprio Io. È importante prendersi del tempo per ristabilire un contatto con la Natura, anche se si vive in città. Come? Il consiglio di oggi è questo: svegliatevi all'alba. Se avete possibilità di fare una passeggiata nella Natura, uscite, altrimenti aprite le finestre e ascoltate il cinguettio degli uccelli che segna l'inizio della giornata. Chiudete gli occhi e sentite che, con il loro canto, il cielo si rischiara, percepite la Notte che si trasforma in Giorno. Sentite il respiro che, piano piano, diventa regolare, le tensioni muscolari che si distendono, i pensieri che si rischiarano. Prendetevi cura della vostra Essenza.

🔴Knæ🔴 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ I forlængelse af forrige knæpost om springerknæ kommer her nogle overvejelser: 💉Først og fremmest: binyrebarkhormon/blokader er spild af tid. Research says so🧐 1️⃣Video: en klassiker til at reducere symptomer og/eller give kroppen ro til at komme sig er, at skrue på de parametre man kan i forbindelse med træning: range of motion, belastning, sæt, gentagelser, pauser i mellem sæt, antal dage i mellem træninger, øvelsesvalg osv. Her er eksemplet med range of motion. Mange med knægener oplever smerter ved dybe squats. Det kan der være mange grunde til, men en måde at arbejde rundt omkring problemet på er, ikke at squatte så dybt mens man genoptræner. Man bør være interesseret i at vedligeholde så meget funktion som muligt når man rehabber, så hvis squat er din ting, så bliv endelig ved i det omfang du kan🙃 2️⃣Video: det vi har evidens for i forbindelse med optræning af senevævsproblematikker (i hvert fald i senerne i benene (springerknæ, akillessener etc.)) er TUNG LANGSOM STYRKETRÆNING. Det virker godt! (Vi er ikke helt sikre på hvorfor, men det virker godt!). I videoen er et eksempel med squats. Det som er lidt sjovt (haha😒🤦‍♂️) med specifik optræning af senevæv, som vist på videoen, er, at man tillader at det faktisk godt må gøre RET ONDT når man træner. Det er ikke det samme som, at det godt må gøre ondt når man laver sin sport eller lign. Men den generelle konsensus omkring senevævsrehabilitering er, at det godt må gøre pænt nas undervejs i den specifikke genoptræning, så længe det klinger af igen efter træning.☝️ 3️⃣Video: hvis du har ondt i benene, så bliv dygtig til noget andet imens. Tiden går alligevel og kommer ikke tilbage, så i stedet for, at have ondt af dig selv, så kom udover stepperne og dygtiggør dig.
