‘BEHIND THE CAMERA’📸:
There has been a lot of sad news recently and it is so important for everyone to know that no matter how happy someone looks on social media, you never know what is going on inside their head. Someone could come across as the happiest person in the world but may have thoughts of ending their life. Do not believe everything you see on the internet, people will only show you the BEST versions of themselves & all the good in their life. I do it too. I don’t show the reality, the times I stay in bed all day in my pyjamas with my depression and anxiety taking over, haven’t washed my hair in ages, spending my day crying, feeling unwell, sleeping to make myself feel better.
The reason of this post is because I am aware I have a high following and I want to use it to a good cause. I want young girls and boys to know that what they see online isn’t all reality. People can pretend well. So when you’re looking at someone’s profile, wising you was them or that you had their life, remember you only know a small portion of what they choose to share. You don’t know what they are truly facing. I hope this helped at least one of you. Leave a 🖤 if it did.
